Had a good stay with my wife and daughter using a family room
Had adjoining rooms which was very convenient
Service from check in to check out was smooth and efficient
Plenty of shops nearby for breakfast and even had a foot massage nearby
Walking distance to many mall
My second stay at INNOGO and will definitely come back again

Hotel entrance belongs to an old building. But when you reach the reception as well as the room, it’s a lot more modern.
Room was nice and modern and really love IQiyi where there a free movies to watch especially the newer ones. Worth the stay just to watch movies as the tv only has local channels.
Location was really good near the Lo Wu train and mtr stations. Very close to shopping malls.
Breakfast was only a choice of set breakfast with two Chinese and two western type choices. But was sufficient for me.
For the price, it’s definitely worth the stay.

Probably the air of SZ is always that dusty, it does affect the general view of the hotel. The location however is great, only 5 min walk from the train station. Good for business and cross border work. There are some restaurants nearby. This noodle shop fits the needs.

Xiao xiong the receptionist is very friendly and accomodating! The room is very clean, big and comfortable. Worth a stay for its price. Very close to Luohu station as well. Highly recommend!

Refurbished old building to hotel. But internal renovation is clean. Only issue is there are few rooms with windows.
