Super convenient and safe location, walkable distance to many shopping malls (卓悅in town, 皇庭廣場， CocoPark and PAFC mall). The room I got was fantastic, with a huge bathroom with large windows with an excellent view. The room was spacious with a walk-in closet, a king-size bed with a footboard bench, a sofa, a coffee table, and a desk, making it very practical and easy for us to put all our clothes and shopping items👍🏻

Had a Wonderfull stay would highly recommend to any travellers in Shenzhen or coming through the area. Thank you to Evelyn Cai at reception for exceptional service and making checking a breeze. Mr Gary made my stay wonderful and was very helpful with anything I needed as a solo traveler its always amazing to come across incredible staff to help in new locations and the staff here at V hotel was exceptional.

The service from the front desk is very good. Evelyn Cao, was was very helpful and extremely polite, I can honestly see that she carries the hotel brand name very proudly. The concierge was really good and the bell boy service from Cheng Liu was amazing.  If you have any issues, speak to Mr. Gary, his service honestly really elevated the hotel standards with great customer service.

This hotel locates right at the Centre of Futian. All rooms enjoy good view as they are situated on 26/F or above. Given the face that it’s my girlfriend’s birthday, we were able to enjoy a complimentary upgrade. The breakfast buffet is delicious too, although the food option is not as abundant as other five-star hotels.

Very good location for transportation and Close to metro staton. You can find many shopping centre nearby. Will book this hotel for next trip.

Nice hotel, quiet, clean, great breakfast! Amazing seafood buffet every evening. The personnel gave me a gift - a dragon toy. I was surprised. Facilities in the room are more than enough. The view from the room on 36th floor was outstanding!
