First time to stay in Hyatt Place and promoted to a newly renovated room at a high level floor. It’s very tidy and clean especially the lighting in room is very bright which made me feel comfortable.
When I first stepped into the hotel the receptionist gave me a passionate service whose name is Rebecca Zhao. She greeted me with a hotel gift because it’s so coincidentally that April 8 is Hyatt Place 8th anniversary. Feel very comfortable in Hyatt Place though just one night. Will pick it as my accommodation when I am traveling to Shenzhen. In near future.

Great hotel!
Breakfast start at 6 in the morning but I checked out at 5:15 and they prepared breakfast for me to take away!!

Perfect for business trip or early flight . right inside airport just few mints walking from arrivals . Food is excellent quality . Special thanks to Dillon at resturent for good service .

Smooth check-in/out and on arrival to my room surprised but pleased to have been upgraded. Comfy bed and a really good selection of food at the breakfast buffet. Would stay at this hotel, upgrade or not!

Good hotel for transit as it's located at the airport. Sound proofing is good and you can't hear the planes.
Air con may be faulty during my stay as it's consistently at 29 degrees, making the room quite stuffy. Hotel staff provided a fan as a workaround.

The breakfast buffet is excellent! Fragrant of bacon and omelet waft up from the open kitchen when you walking through the aisle. Food choices and taste are full of deletable. The room is large and clean, design like a apartment which left you an pleasant impression and wanna stay in again.

Best airport hotel i have ever stay. Free upgrade for us to room with kichen and living room, comfortable bed and clean room + toilet. Friendly staff with good breakfast. Just 2mins walk away for next day flight, without crossing the roads, all indoor all the way to the departure hall. Best hotel for transit or next day flight. Quiet room. No smoking smell.

Attached to the Shenzhen airport terminal 3, very convenient. The breakfast is lack of variety but reasonable quality except the coffee make by coffee machine is ugly taste
