2 punkty satysfakcji: 1. Potrafi wystawiać specjalne faktury 2. Uważna obsługa w recepcji. Pokrycie wanny obiecano 3 razy, a kelner jej nie wysłał. Winda na piętrze nie jest wyświetlana i nie wiem, gdzie ona jest. Śniadanie z mniejszą różnorodnością nie jest tak dobre, jak inne śniadanie za 10 juanów, czyli 38 juanów. Kluczem jest to, że oprócz jajek jest ciepło, wszystko inne jest zimne.Po protestach wszystkich z nas, bułki na parze zostały podgrzane, a mleko nie nagrzewało się, dopóki nie skończyliśmy jeść...

great location, smooth seamless check-in. The decor color theme is pleasant, as was the layout of the room, comfort and amenities. Nice and functional lobby with attentive staff. Breakfast is an added bonus if chosen at time of booking , although simple it does the trick if you need a little something. Overall, would definitely stay again and relatively central enough location.

"I stayed at the 希岸酒店（羅湖東門站）for a business trip and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service and comfort provided by the hotel. Checking in was a breeze and the staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom was also very clean and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's location, which was just a short walk from the metro station and numerous local attractions.
