They don't understand English, although I understand where I am. The atmosphere is not bad. Unclear serial number I had to check with staff 2 times to clarify it..

Thank you to the service for helping me check in. It is nice to be checked in quickly. Everything was comfortable and convenient. It was not clear what floor my room was on. The location is not very convenient for cars to enter and the area. Because of this, cars honked in the mornings.

This hotel is a reasonable choice if you don't mind the distance from the subway, as it offers clean accommodations, average service, and standard amenities.

Room was spacious, quiet and clean, had all the amenities you would need. Staff & reception were polite and quick to deliver help when needed. Location was slightly confusing as it is tucked in from the main road but still easy enough if booking a ride/taxi to arrive. Close to Shenzhen North station. They even give you a small gift ar check out.

I was surprised by the emptiness of the room, no fridge, no wardrobe, no mirror for makeup. I booked the space theme room, honestly the room size is good, the deco is good, but the toilet cannot lock the door, and the sink is dripping while the faucet is loosely installed....At last, the concierge ask about my feedback so I commented the above. They immediately apologized and send me some free gifts. The staff are responsive and helpful so I give them full marks.
