Have a good location,clean and very nice hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Have a cute robot that delivers your food to the doorstep.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Clean and nice locations

Artour Hotel was a nice place to stay. They staff were nice. The rooms look quite newly renovated and we're very clean. Beds are quite hard but pillows are soft. It is very quiet in the rooms, I couldn't hear anything from outside or from the hall or other rooms. The showers have good pressure and don't run out of hot water. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash are very good. They have a restaurant on the ground floor that looks nice but we didn't try it. They have little delivery robots bringing up food orders that people have had delivered to the hotel. They have a small gym with a weight bench, a treadmill, a bike and an elliptical. Next to the gym is a laundry that seems free to use but I couldn't tell. The hotel is just down the road from the Guomao MTR station and not far from the Laojie MTR station. In the area there are a few smaller shopping centres and a decent amount of restaurants. It is very close to the Luohu / Lo Wu Hong Kong border. Overall, a simple but pleasurable stay.
