1st step in, there is an amazing smell in a design lobby. Friendly, helpful & wonderful services from the concierge team. The team have provided us good information on all the necessary details we need to know.
After we checked into the room, it has given us another wow experiences such as spacious room, great toilet & shower room segregation and the super comfy bed & pillow.
The laundry room has provided sufficient washing machine and dryer. The hotel assistant was very attentive and helpful.
Kudos to 晓旭. He was very friendly, helpful and informative. He had introduced the A'tour branding and membership with complementary our breakfast and supper to us.
We will be back!!! Definately will recommend to others!!!

Very good, modern design. Hotel had all the amenities. Room was very clean and no smoke smell. Staff were helpful. Great hotel in Shenzhen to stay!

Clean and neat, had a very good stay.
The mall is right next to it, lots of restaurants, metro station is within five mins walk, perfect for work trips

Excellent concierge service especially the girl colleague called Qu and hotel arrangement ! We have family trip tgt and check in different times , but they could arrange same floor to us . From our room , we could see the sea view for shenzhen bay . If you like gym, there is 24 hour gym service, you can go anytime .Amazing shenzhen short trip and will definitely visit again .
