I loved it. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located at a walking distance from the subway station. There are a lot of shops and cafés nearby.

In the first room there was a toilet leak, but the room was changed immediately after we notified the receptionist. The room was big and comfortable. The overall experience was positive.

Convenient location: about 5 minutes to Gongming Square metro station, surrounded by shops, restos, convenience stores and all establishments helpful to visitors. Room was cleaned everyday. The TV only had programs in Chinese but I had not time to watch it anyway. Charge for the spacious room is very reasonable. Staff is highly accommodating despite the lack of English fluency. Their use of the translator app helped a lot in communicating with me. I`m willing to book this hotel again on another visit to Shenzhen.
