Good location as it is right on top of the MTR station. Overall services from check-in to check-out are exceptional. The breakfast buffet has lots of varieties. We paid for a corner room which has an unobstructed of the city. We will definitely stay with this hotel again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The customer service provided by Esme was exceptional. The room was impeccably clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel's location is also excellent, with a subway entrance located just downstairs. The surrounding environment is quiet and convenient, making it the perfect location for a business trip. I would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Amazing hotel. Nothing to complain about. The view on our room is spectacular. The breakfast was also very good.

My one was on the 38th floor. Neat and clean with beautiful night view. Electric auto curtain which is amazing. Some movie channels are available from the tv.
Breakfast is fair as the selection is limited. Swimming pool is at the top floor and it was nice though the sauna wan’t available during my stay.

I stayed here during my birthday. The service was very nice. People who work here were very friendly and helpful. Especially the managers Felix and Esme from the front desk. The breakfast was good. The view from the room, pool and restaurant I also liked ver much.

The hotel is easy to find. It’s in a great location. The staff is really professional. Aurora was really helpful along with the other staff members. The room was really clean. The bathroom is really clean. Nice bathtub. The a/c works really well. The rooms are well maintained. Breakfast was great. I will stay here when I visit Shenzhen in the near future.
