入住時發現房間內茶杯還殘留着上一家的茶包，枕套一邊是黃色的，要求換房管家要求還原房間，掀開過的被子要復原，難道店家就不打算重新清掃再給客人住嗎？換了一個房間，住的第三天，前一天一次性拖鞋扔了不給補上，衞生紙衹剩一小卷也不給補上。晚上用完了跟前台要，前台説客服下班了他們也沒有，完全一點服務意識也沒有，不會幫客人想辦法解決問題，再也不會選擇這家民宿。

設施：很新，很周到
衞生：非常乾淨，用品很舒服…特別洗髮水沐浴露，很好用，很香！
環境：安靜，舒適。
服務：很周到，很耐心，很熱情。
地方也好找，就在一樓，1棟，從噴泉池子進來右手邊第二家就看到到家宜居國際公寓，方便。

房間很商務的佈置，高層，景色好，周邊環境很清凈，每天可以下樓散步。整體來説服務還是可以，性價比高比旁邊五星酒店划算。
