體驗感很差，入住後發現房間裏離床很近的地方，窗台邊這塊很臟，跟商家反映後他們什麼措施也沒有，衹是推脱説不好意思，就沒了？？？還想讓我好評以延遲一個小時退房……想得美，必須差評

最無語的一次。當時帶着一歲多寶寶而且時間太晚了，要不死活不會住這家。體驗感最差的一次。首先前台就讓人很無語，説話讓人不舒服，辦入住跟警察調查似的，這就算了，畢竟人家工作，也叫工作態度認真嘛。一進屋電視就碎的，趕緊聯繫前台，他居然問我是不是我弄的，我X，這話説的。幸虧我發現早，不然不點讓我賠啊。而且冰箱有蟑螂，床還小。

訂房時房間說明是10-28層的，但取房时只獲分派6樓的房間！我們要求高一點的樓層但前台說沒有的，我的房型就只有低層！那麼跟说明就是不符！
我們晚上洗澡時發現去水有問題，我們是差不多浸著腳去冲涼，很不卫生！第二天跟管家說，經檢查後就是渠有點堵，但新年期間沒有人手可以維修，管家沒有想辦法幫我們，只說不能解決，我再三要求才肯給我換房！其實我換房也是麻煩的啦，要執行李。
另外我們訂房時说明是三人入住的，但房內只有兩支瓶裝水，跟管家要，獲覆是兩支是標配，要多一支要付2元😱这是我第一次認識什麼標配！

廁所很小，拖鞋很臭，枕頭是臟的，睡了幾天才發現，被子朋友睡的一身癢，客廳有蟑螂，阿姨每天不經顧客同意會來打掃，打掃了，看我沒使用的毛巾，也不會更換，拖鞋也不會換，問了酒店，酒店説每天都是會來打掃，不管你需不需要，在不在酒店內，當時我們人都出去了，貴重物品都在裏面，未經同意就進去打掃也沒有和我們溝通要打掃，我沒有見過每天擅自進入打掃的酒店，你好歹和我説一下，如果我貴重物品不見了呢，溝通了你也不覺得自己有錯

若非必要，不建議住。衞生差是最大的問題。 其次是服務，因為服務枱是在30樓。定的房間在6樓！不是同個電梯！是在一棟大廈，可以隨意進出。電梯分高，中，低。辦完入住就要先到1樓再乘坐低樓層電梯到6樓。被褥那些都沒有換，房間到處都是灰塵。廁所地漏味道返湧，要一直開着排氣扇！吹風機壞了説換新的45分鐘後也沒拿過來！別住！！會生氣！！

連要進入地庫都要打電話給前台，打了三四個才接，就在門口等，太無語了。房間也好舊，廁所櫃子門是壞的，各個地方都好臟，沙發和廁所鏡子放吹風機的地方還有很多蟲* 還有地板、桌子都好臟啊和床一股發黴味，一覺起來身上癢死了，桌子上還有蟲子，我們擦一下桌子洗臉巾都是黑的，還沒住過這麼臟的房間，空調聲音超級無敵大，一整個房間都好像是陽台改的，害，體驗感超級無敵差，不建議住呀家人們。

地理位置不錯，步行幾分鐘可到地鐵站。房間方面，臥室裏有一部分的牆紙剝落，客廳處的圓桌表面有點油油的，於是拿濕紙巾擦，紙巾擦完都黑黑的，可見客房打掃得不太徹底。特別想說一下，剛到埗房間的一些小插曲：事緣想開空調但開不了，空調的遙控器開關沒反應。於是在微信詢問前台，誰知前台答覆說客廳空調正在調配中，暫時開不了，著我們開房間的空調。但我們嘗試開房間的空調也不行。既然空調調配中，應該在客人預訂前在網站說明，並不是待客人入住發現問題後才說明。後來跟前台溝通後，叫我們去換房。當我們正準備去前台交涉之時，有個阿姨過來敲門，成功幫我們開了空調。才發現開這裏的空調有點技巧，要同時按開關及溫度兩個按鈕方能開啟。最後，空調問題解決了，所以都沒有去換房了。在設施方面，廁所浴室的空間太少，而且水壓太少，流速很慢，沖涼很不方便；電視機只能看機頂盒那些，嘗試搜台看其他電視卻不果，但只過一晚罷了，也就只好將就一下。
