Close to the mall and staff were friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the mall which had some good eateries. The staff were helpful and made the whole check in and check out process very seamless.

The location is absolutely beautiful and stunning. It is super convenient to the transportation and restaurants. The room is large and comfortable. The service is great as well.

客房服務員態度很好，有耐心超友好，房間乾淨整潔衞生舒適，窗外景觀一覽眾山小，深圳市盡收眼底，近地鐵站 B出口，交通便利，周邊有 KKONE中洲灣商業中心，購物方便，樓下美食餐廳多，一飽味蕾，值得再次入住

十分滿意的住宿體驗！滿分。
辦入住的工作人員非常友善，會帶我們到住宿單位。
而且這個房價cp值很高，衛生情況良好，裝修精美，空調制冷良好，真的住得很舒服！
地理位置非常好，在kkone 及中洲灣商場之間，非常多食肆及鄰近地鐵站。
一定會再入住及推薦給朋友！

前台服務人員周到熱心，非常好！！
房間很乾凈，衞生也還不錯，有一次性浴巾和毛巾提供，這一點太棒了！！
地理位置也很好，樓下就是中洲灣商場，KKone很近，附近小店也多，逛吃很方便。
唯一的不足就是剛進房間的時候有油煙味兒，開着吸油煙機和陽台門通風后逐漸散去，估計是前一天的房客做飯導致的。
總體還是很滿意～

設施：房間很齊全，有沙發，冰箱。還有個小陽台，可洗衣服晾曬衣服，很適合長期出差需要清洗換洗衣服的人。
衞生：整體很乾凈，有一次性毛巾和浴巾，衞生間乾濕分離。
環境：離商場kkone很近，附近也很多可吃的美食街。
