The hotel is very nice . Staffs are friendly.Foods are good.💕weather is very nice. The view was good . The village was very good.We get to learn about the agriculture,farming.The guide Vishal explained us very nicely.The hotel room was very good.

Had a wonderful time at Shivalik Chail...the property is located at a very relaxing and peaceful area in Chail...The staff is friendly and helpful and looked after all our needs....we went for a village tour assisted by Vishal who was a wonderful guide and gave us an in-depth knowledge of the village and the area...the food is amazing too in the resort.... would love to visit again...

Amazing gala time we have had, staff is very much supportive. Got pure Jain food on request, even tithi menu was available, holiday activities were awesome. Mr. Vishal, the holiday activity ***ager was too good, very versatile with kids and grown ups also. Mr. Mukesh and Mr. ***oj were also very supportive in all respects.

One of the best hotel in chail,surrounded by beautiful nature and with clean environment. A great ambience and all the staff were so polite and humble especially Mr Vishal.Food was amazing too.I would recommend everyone coming to chail should visit this place it's a centre place to kufri and chail city centre.

The property is good. Location in peaceful and pollution free area is really an attraction. Located very close to Shimla. Hospitality is excellent. Thanks for providing jain food also. Activities and tracking with Mr Vishal was real good fun.

This is a nice quiet place with good rooms n good staff n services. The best part was with Mr. Vishal who is there to entertain the guest with his games n trekking. The trekking experience was wonderful n so were his games that he made us play with his wonderful laugh.

The hotel stay was awesome the best part is there staff was very professional and humble. Our village tour with Mr. Vishal was very nice. The resort is surrounded by forest we did cycling here it was awesome experience view from balcony is nice...must visit this place and post your review.

Wonderful experience. Nice resort. Very good service. Vishal tour guide is very knowledgeable and concerned about there guest. Thanks for your services. Very amazing view. Rooms are very good. Staff was very helpful at night as well. Overall experience was good.

Staff was very co-operative and customer friendly The view from the hotel was beautiful Game rooms for family were very fun Staff guided us through our travels and made it easier Vishal suggested and guided us for visiting various tourist spots And his regular morning chat made our day
