From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, courteous, and genuinely respectful. Whether this is a reflection of the wonderful hospitality culture of Himachal or the exceptional leadership of the team, every interaction made us feel welcomed and valued. The rooms were beautifully appointed, the food was outstanding, and the overall standard of service exceeded our expectations. The property itself is impeccably maintained, set amidst stunning natural surroundings, and offers a peaceful retreat with breathtaking views. What truly stood out was the personal touch provided by the General Manager, Nipun. He was there to welcome us on arrival and made a point of greeting guests each morning at breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a tranquil and picturesque setting. We look forward to returning in the future."

Najbardziej dotkliwą częścią naszego pobytu było w środku nocy, kiedy jeden z moich przyjaciół nie czuł się dobrze po zamknięciu restauracji. Dyrektor obowiązków pan Umesh osobiście przyszedł do nas, aby pomóc i dbał o nas, co naprawdę pokazał prawdziwą gościnność i opiekę gościnną, jaką zapewnia zespół kurortu. Po raz kolejny dziękuję całej drużynie Club Mahindra Machobra za uczynienie naszej podróż tak niezapomnianym i wygodnym. "⭐☆☆☆☆ This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had, primarily because the experience was nowhere close to what was advertised or what the price suggested. The first red flag is the location and approach road. The hotel is located off the main Shimla route, and the final stretch of nearly 1 km is through extremely narrow, secluded roads with little to no lighting. Arriving after dark is uncomfortable, and at several points you genuinely wonder whether there could even be a hotel at the end of such a road. The disappointment continues upon arrival. The property looks and feels more like a basic 2-star hotel rather than the 4-star property portrayed online. I paid around ₹10,000 for the room at 5 PM, trusting the ratings and photos. To my surprise, when I checked later that evening around 8 PM, the same room was available for approximately ₹4,000. Frankly, the hotel feels much closer to a ₹4,000 property than a ₹10,000 one. Had I paid the lower rate, my expectations would have been very different. The room itself had an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom was worse. There was a foul odor, and basic toiletries were missing. The overall condition of the room did not reflect the standards expected from a premium-priced hotel. Breakfast the next morning was another letdown. The spread was very basic, consisting mainly of bread, eggs, and cold parathas. While this may be acceptable for a budget hotel, it is not what guests expect when paying premium rates and booking a property marketed as a 4-star hotel. Overall, the hotel is significantly overpriced for what it offers. Poor accessibility, underwhelming facilities, smelly rooms, and a very average breakfast make it difficult to recommend."

"Spędziłem 10 dni w hotelu. To była moja druga wizyta w okolicy, moja pierwsza do tego hotelu. Domowanie było doskonałe pościeli zmieniane codziennie i pokój został sprzątnięty. Śniadanie w pokoju było jasne i powietrzna czasami. Pracownicy w ogóle tutaj byli w porządku, nie zawsze rozumieli żądania na herbatę. Kawiarnia, gdzie jadłem kilka posiłków w wieczornym kawiarni, była doskonała przyjazna i rozległe menu było dobre. Zawsze byłem przywitany przez ochronę wejścia do centrum handlowego przyjemnie. Jedynym powodem było to 4. a nie 5 że Internet wciąż znika z telefonu i pad. Mam rodzinę w okolicy, z którą muszę się skontaktować. Wszystkie inne problemy zostały rozwiązane bardzo szybko Dziękuję za przyjemny pobyt Mam nadzieję, że w przyszłym roku będę w stanie wrócić."

If your dream vacation involves staying in a room that feels like a medieval dungeon, waking up to noise instead of peace, and questioning every hospitality standard you've ever known, then congratulations—you've found the perfect hotel. The grand welcome? Morning tea served in cups that looked like they had simply been recycled from the previous guest without meeting soap or water. Nothing builds confidence quite like wondering whose lipstick mark you're drinking from. The room was dark, gloomy, and depressing. Forget mountain vibes—it felt like the walls themselves had given up on life. The service deserves a special mention, not because it was good, but because I've rarely seen people move with such remarkable indifference to paying guests. The most impressive achievement of this property is that it manages to make you want to spend as little time there as possible. In a destination as breathtaking as Shimla, that's quite an accomplishment. Shimla deserves your time. Your hard-earned money deserves better. Your vacation certainly deserves better. Unless you're conducting research on how not to run a hotel, save yourself the disappointment and book somewhere else. There are countless better options. This place isn't one of them."
