Staff is very good and cooperative. Washrooms are clean. Satisfied with the service. Family person can stay easily.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing and drastic. 1. I have booked 2 different types of room but they allocate the same for 2 days and the room was not clean, every where repair and maintenance signs are there, very small room and when i asked them to change it they are saying they have given the delux room. 2. Room service was pathetic 3. Every time when i placed the order i have to call the reception and remind them for the order 3 to 5 times. 4. I have the photos also for the room 5. No welcome drink was provided at the time of reception even though this was mentioned in bill, they are saying since you have made the booking they will provide you overall my experience for the first time was very pathetic and disappointing.

The stay was nice and the location is also good, staff was very humble and especially pankaj helped in all the ways. I asked him to book a cab but he dropped in his own vehicle. I will definitely revisit their hospitality.

Property is well maintained and clean. Little far from mall road. Food is good. Service is good. View from the room is breathtaking.

We had Wonderful time, The room is clean and comfortable, We are happy with the service ( Dining hall is not very big but it's Super cute & Beautiful)🥰!

Mountain view from the room is awesome. Staffs behaviour is also good, well cleaned rooms, near to mall road and the ridge.

The rooms are very pretty, neat and tidy ***** with the washrooms that are hygienic and neat. The only con i found that there is no ac and not even a fan atleast there should be a ceiling fan for the travellers who are coming from plain area and are used to it. Although the owner was very very kind enough to give me a table fan that worked very well so i'm satisfied about that too. Everyone was very polite and helpful. I wish cloth iron facility would have been available too. The cab provided by the hotel was very convenient the driver pawan was very helpful and polite too. I enjoyed my stay there.

As soon as i entered i got the first shock after seeing the reception area, it was below average and the photos provided were not real. Room was too small to move though they managed to provide all the things but that made it more congested. I do not want to mention about cleanliness, staff and canteen facilities as there were no such facilities. Seems like only 2 person are running the property. 1 is care taker and the other one is canteen staff. After paying the hefty amount, if you get such accommodation than it hits hard and this happened with me
