Best place to stay in shimla. View and enjoying food from the open terrace was awesome experience. Room was best with centrally heating. They have lounge area for guests. Food quality is best and staff is very supportive. This was my second visit to shimla and I will definetely book snow valley again in my next tour.

I booked premium room with valley view. View from the room was awesome. Food was delicious and service in restaurant was very quick. Special thanks to front desk for their support. Bonfire on terrace was best attraction. View from the open terrace l was amazing. Will visit again

We had a very pleasant stay. Rooms were neat n clean. Staff is very cooperative n polite. Food was delicious. We went to celebrate our anniversary and they did a great job in arranging candlelight dinner n room decoration.. Made our day. Special mention to ***n from restaurant for making extra efforts..

My experience was so good . The staff are very helpful. They taught us ***y new things about our work. Our seniors are very talented, creative. The facilities are good . They helps us lot they noticed our all things and appreciate our work if we do good job . Our F&B ***ager taught us ***y things about work as well as our kife related problems. He always tells us to do more struggle and achieve something good in our life . which do proud to our parents.

Excellent Experience, Good Staff, Food Is Pretty Good, Hotel Staff is very cooperative. I strongly recommend this Hotel. Balcony view is awesome. Parking space is too good. Easily provide taxi service for local traveling. Overall experience is too good.

Hotel situated at Prime location, they offer great hospitality, such a excellent views from room. We loved the stay there as couple.. Good service provided by Deep Singh & Jatinder Sir...definitely, we would like to come again and again..

My partner and I had a great stay at Snow Valley. Even though we had booked a standard room, they helped us to upgrade to a higher room without any hassle. The rooms were spacious and quiet. The food was great too. The AC in the rooms could use an improvement but overall it was a pleasant stay. I would like to give a shoutout to Mridula Sharma who was kind and helpful throughout the stay.
