I really can’t fault this hotel the rooms are very clean and maintained, equipped with everything you need for the duration of your stay. The staff are wonderful very helpful and courteous, always willing to go above and beyond what is needed. The food is excellent with a good variety to choose from. The hotel it’s self has a pool, gym, sea views and is well situated with access to public transport, shopping and parks.

I didn't stay without meals, so I don't know about the quality of the food, but the building is clean and the hotel is very nice, and I can see why it's so popular. Breakfast service and the large public bath are available from 5am, so it's good that you can use them even if you leave early in the morning. The large public bath is not that big because it's not in Japan, but it's big enough for 5-6 people. There was even a sauna. The room was an apartment type, so it was very spacious. The facilities were just toothbrushes, nothing special. The bath in the room was small, but it was nice to fill it with hot water and use it. I was able to watch the Japanese Civil Code in the room, so I wasn't bored in the room. I couldn't find anything particularly bad about it, and it was very relaxing for the price. If there's one thing I'd like to see improved, it's that the wind hits you directly above the bed. The air conditioning in Thailand is too strong, so it can be a little cold when you're on the bed. However, it's just enough to cover yourself with a blanket or turn it down, so it's just the right level.

Clean hotel, spacious rooms. Had to stay for 1 day quarantine. Pros Well organized transportation from the airpot to take drive through Covid test and driving to hotel. Great customer service upon arrival and very friendly hotel personnel cons Breakfast food provided was not good, fruit was not fresh, meal looked awful and did not taste good (imho) too much plastic is used. there was a new regulation issued regarding second PCR test at the end of December and some people were confused with old and new rules that applied to them after they are discharged from hotel. hotel management was not aware how to help with this issue Overall great stay, reasonable price. Highly recommend to others I stayed there just for one day so I cannot comment about other facilities or surrounding. Worked great for in and out to complete quarantine requirements.

Location: Very good location, lots of parking, near Robinson, near Lotus Go Fresh and near the industrial estate. Rooms: comfortable beds, cool air conditioning, very good safety. The elevator requires a keycard to go up. There is a hair dryer provided. Hot water is available on the ground floor. Observations 1. A small refrigerator and can cool down a little Can put a little stuff in as well. Add fresh food, I don't dare leave it for a long time for fear it will spoil (such as pasteurized milk). 2. The bathroom floor is at the same level as the bedroom. Be careful not to let the water flow outside the jar. 3. The room I stay in Found the toilet area smelling of urine. But I had already spread out all my things. So I don't want to move rooms. (Hurry and go outside)
