Art Hotel

Do not stay here. The A/c does not work and with the window open for comfort the noise of the road is quite loud. No sleep tonight. The staff is indifferent, their reply to no a/c is that it is cold at night. When asked for a quieter location and we are told the hotel is full but we have yet to see another guest.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. We went to Sibiu as we like visiting Europe and found this hotel after reading reviews. It’s so close to town ,the main square and everything you need. We upgraded to a room with a bath and I’m so pleased we did. I loved the free standing bath and had a few in our short time there. The Xmas market had just started and it was cold but the hotel was lovely and warm. The breakfast was super and the staff we came across .all of them were super friendly. The shower gel bc and shampoo and conditioner were also fabulous….luxury in a bottle. Many Thanks for a lovely time!

This is my 3rd times yo art hotel. Previous 2 times were amazing stay and this time we expect same service, however we got dissapointed by cleaning service 1. Water only available in first day and after all nothing 2. No make up bed what they do just close the bedcover. 3. Carpet also no vacum 4. No replacement of soap when they know we have our own soap 5. Food ok, but more food in weekend rather in weekday

What a beautiful and comfortable hotel. It was super clean and had a superb bed and also the internals were really wonderful. A very spacious and well equipped hotel indeed and highly recommended to a traveller with the old city just a few minutes walk away. Staff are very pleasant and helpful and certainly speak Romanian and English.

We were so excited to stay at this hotel, because of the many reviews. It did not disappoint us. How refreshing to be traveling with a friend and be given a room with two separate rooms for beds. The rooms are updated and very attractive. The lobby kept our luggage and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is mere seconds to all the attractions and charming squares in Sibiu.

Great, centrally located boutique hotel. The room was very nice, and the service was good. Great breakfast with a nice selection of traditional Romanian food. We chose to eat outside in the hotels courtyard which was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 1 night in July from the UK. Great room, nice size, clean and comfortable. Great location for easy access to the historic old town and main squares. Great breakfast, helpful staff - would defiantly recommend / go back to stay again.

A boutique hotel with interesting art work and minimalist décor. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a small but interesting selection of food. The hotel is well located near to the main square.

We stayed at the ART hotel in Sibiu for a small weekend getaway from Bucharest. The hotel is located in the charming old part of the city. At only 5 mins ffom all the main attractions this city has to offer the location is definently a big plus. As far as parking goes, the hotel doesent really have any, but if you are lucky enough, you can find relatlively good parking spots on the streer infront of the hotel. For payment, you can use the machines on the same street. The ART is a boutique hotel, so there aren't a lot of rooms, wich is a big plus for privacy! The rooms are big and comfortable and with a great and modern bathroom! The hotel is newly renovated so expect everything to have a nice new feeling. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. For breakfast the hotel offers a breakfast buffet that is clean and offers a pretty bg selection of healty and typiclal options + a lot of delicious romanian speciaties that are to die for! They also offer a bar and big seatinf area next to the lobby. Overall a great stay and i would highly recommend it!
