Po raz kolejny twierdzili, że nie ma potwierdzenia mojej płatności, co zmusiło mnie do powrotu do punktu wyjścia. Musiałem przejść przez ten sam stresujący proces od nowa, przez co spóźniłem się na lot. Ten poziom niegospodarności jest niedopuszczalny. Zamiast cieszyć się pobytem, ​​spędziłem większość czasu na kłótniach o coś, co hotel powinien był załatwić w odpowiedni sposób. Wyszedłem sfrustrowany, wyczerpany i kompletnie rozczarowany. Absolutnie nie warto. Nigdy więcej tu nie wrócę. P.s. Trip.com dwukrotnie potwierdził, że to wina systemu hotelowego."

"Superb location, close to the old town, but on a very quiet street. Free parking is offered. The hotel's decor is lovely, all the facilities are very well maintained, simple but with enough attention to detail to meet guests' basic needs. The breakfast doesn't have a huge selection, but it offers sufficient variety and good quality. It has a pleasant little garden. Highly recommended; the host is very friendly and communicative. Just as shown in the photos."

"Avoid at all costs! While the reception staff are friendly, this doesn't excuse the outdated bathroom (dirty shower grout, leaky shower head, broken toilet flush button) and, above all, the fact that the hotel's function room is rented out for receptions! The room isn't soundproofed, making sleep impossible! This is especially frustrating with an early flight the next morning."

The private parking was also a huge convenience. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. A special thank you to Daniela, the manager, for leading such a fantastic team. Alexandra and Denisa at reception were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. We also want to recognize Giorgiana and Mariana from housekeeping, who kept our room spotless and paid attention to every detail. The breakfast each morning was excellent, and the entire hotel felt welcoming and well cared for. Between the outstanding hospitality, comfortable rooms, and ideal location, Hotel Republique exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sibiu."

"We chose this hotel because it was close to the bus station. It's a small, privately owned hotel. Cozy and clean. Friendly and attentive service. The only downside is that it's very noisy. You can hear the water running and dripping in the next room and from the upstairs floor, and you can hear all conversations both in the rooms and from the street. There's a complete lack of soundproofing. We couldn't get a good night's sleep over two nights."
