A cozy hotel with amazing services. All (you need) in one (stay). My family just visit this hotel during the Khmer new year. The DJ & bar make sure all the vibes you could have to celebrate the new year, while the friendliness and hospitality are served thoughtfully with huge smiles. The food is surprisingly delicious. Yet, as a family group over 15 people, the cost is more than a good deal. Special thanks to the pink hat handsome boy who took our orders, the big-smile BBQ man, the generous madam (GM?), and all adorable staffs. Last but not the least, great thanks to Mr. POV who recommande and share this heavenly hotel to my family.

The hotel and staff were above excellent. I felt that the staff truly cared about their guests. The information from the staff is trustworthy and the English skills of the staff was very good. The rooms were very clean and the food was exceptional. The hotel is very close to Pub street and the room price is reasonable. I recommend this hotel.

Big sturdy 3* hotel. Old fashioned oak in bedrooms. A little run down but did the job. Like bathroom toilet roll holder very tarnished. Also bathrobes in wardrobe dirty with stains. Good choice for breakfast but same every day. Very good quiet location. 5 mins to walk over bridge to night market and pub street. My room at back of hotel so very quiet. Didn’t care I didn’t get a view. Just wanted quiet. They organised airport pick up and temple travel. Early take away breakfast was also given to me without asking for my 4:30am temple sunrise visit! Nice surprise. Overall good value for money in good location but needs some love.

Excellent small hotel very well located which provides perfect service. It is especially necessary to avoid the family rooms which offer two double beds, very small and without window.

The room was lovely and spacious with a big window. Couldn't fault the bedroom. However the bathroom definitely needed work. The underneath of the sink just constantly dripped so the floor was always soaking wet. We had to put the bathmat in the bedroom to wipe your feet on the way out of the bathroom. We were also on the side facing the pool and bar. On one night it was incredibly noisy, with some karaoke or something. I couldn't sleep and it was late. I'm not sure if it was the hotel bar or down the street. The staff were very friendly. There were always tuktuks outside ready to take you where you wanted. Pub street was a 15 min walk away but for about $1.50 you could take a tuktuk.

We stayed the first time in Hotel Vellita Siem Reap- what a bliss! We felt home from the very first minute. A very warm welcome by the guest relations team Reaksmey/Kevin, lovely suite, great breakfast (excellent service and amazing food / choice). The pool is lovely to unwind and the gym well equipped. Will be back!

A hotel which really cares about each and everyone tenant who stays at the hotel. A team of housing keepers, waiters barman chefs who have a real caring for me as a tenant and all the other tenants. I could have a stressful day at work but as soon as I come home to Solitaire Damnak I am truly happy. When I leave my hotel room in the morning the staff make me smile everyday. When I am visiting the restaurant at the hotel the staff make you truly feel at home. The first day I landed I got a completely drink and a true warm welcome from the owner of the hotel first time ever in my life, I mean I have traveled on a 20 hour flight to get to Siem Reap but it was just what I needed at the time some love and affection and knowing that I will be safe and cared for. No request is ever to much for the staff or the owners they always go the xtra mile for me as a tenant. If you want room service the food comes to your room via a waiter and what fantastic presentation of all the food dishes on the menu. The rooms with balcony’s are truly a great spot to enjoy your breakfast or the odd drink at the time of sunset or sunrise. The staff really care about monthly customers your bedding gets changed like every 3 days your Whats and amenities get changed daily or every 2nd day. I got to teach my goals in my career because of the great environment I found myself in at Solitaire Damnak Hotel. I am forever truly grateful to Solitaire Damnak Hotel. Once you meet the owners and staff it is truly a honour to be friends with them. I also got to find out about the Cambodian culture from living at Solitaire Damnak and it has changed my life forever. I am more open minded today and I will recommend this hotel to anybody traveling to Siem Reap. It’s not just a hotel it’s a family and once you book in you become part of the family. We stayed in a deluxe room for 4 nights - it started to feel like home. The room was a good size and clean. Just outside was the gorgeous pool. The grounds of this hotel are a leafy tropical garden. The location of the hotel is OK but it is perhaps 2kms to the tourist district - quite walkable but in the heat we took a tuk tuk to Pub Street which the hotel organised. There is a restaurant in the hotel with quite good food but obviously not the same atmosphere as the tourist district. There is a convenience store right next door and an ATM just down the street. The WiFi was OK but a bit patchy - sometimes we had to go to the bar to get a strong signal. Overall, a good experience.

The entire team at The Sarai, especially Rose, David, and Anna, went above and beyond to ensure that I had a delightful experience. Their dedication and willingness to assist me were truly commendable. I must add that all the other staff members were equally helpful and contributed to making my stay exceptional. Apart from the exceptional service, I was particularly impressed with the hotel's amenities. The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, the delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day, and the fabulous pool offered a refreshing retreat. Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable. I am grateful for the outstanding hospitality and will not hesitate to recommend The Sarai to anyone visiting Siem Reap. Thank you once again for providing me with a remarkable experience.

The hygiene is very good and the environment is quiet. There are many geckos and small frogs in the corridor, but there are no geckos indoors. Under the protection of geckos and small frogs, there were not many mosquitoes, and none of us were bitten. Small animals appear in the house every day, 😄. On the first day, it was a little golden tree frog, and on the second day, it was a cute little sparrow (it must have stayed with us for a night, and I heard the flapping of its wings in the morning. found). For hotel breakfast, you can order pasta, noodle soup, coffee and other foods from the menu. I didn’t see it on the golf course, so I don’t know where it is hidden. The gym is available and the kids go there every day. The swimming pool is not too big, suitable for guests who are not good at swimming. The hotel's tuk-tuk bus is free one way and costs US$3 for the return trip. Be sure to prepare extra US dollars in change in Siem Reap, everything is 1 yuan or 3 yuan. Bring visa or master card. Scan code payment is basically unavailable in China. Still a little behind.
