This was an absolutely perfect place to stay- right in the middle of Siena, directly across from the city walls and a short walk to Piaza il Campo. It was also so close to the train station so an ideal location. And also she is so kind and understandable person Would highly recommend!

Ciao a tutti! I lived in the villa socini, camera Vittoria for six months, because I did an Erasmus exchange in Siena. I really loved the villa, the terrace is beautiful and Vittoria, the landlord really tries to help with everything. I will come back for sure! It was also really nice that there are a lot of people from different nationalities living in the house!

I want to thank my friend Vittoria Pometti for her hospitality during our stay here in Siena. If anyone is looking to travel to Italy, I recommend staying here at B&B Villa Socini. It is walking distance to Siena's city center. An hour to an hour and a half bus and train ride to Florence and double that to Rome.

I stayed in Villa Socini for almost 10 months period as Eramsus student and I really felt so nice for this choise. Firstly is in a great location both for my university and for the center(12 minutes on foot). I really liked the interior of the building which is neoclassical bu also with modern influences. Vittoria and Marco are always willing to help and fix everything both personal and housing relating issues. I really recommend this place for those who pay attention to cooking and leisure becasue the kitchenware is awesome and the toilettes really welldesigned as long as the living room and the terrace-garden. Also the matress in my room was so comfy and I miss it. If you want to spend some days or more than a month in the Villa Socini I can reassure you will have great experience and a lots cosy moments.

I cannot recommend this place enough! For students, it is an easy 7 minute walk from the Università per strainer di Siena. For travelers, it could not be in a better location. It is right on the wall to the historic city center, so you avoid the noise and crowds and have a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside all while being a less than 10 minute walk from all the major points of the city. Rooms are spacious and beautiful with amazing views. The host, Vittoria, is extremely kind and accommodating. I couldn't believe how lucky I got with this place

Great for a long term stay as a student. Vittoria is really helpful in all areas. Large, comfy room that suits all my needs as a student. Facilities in the house are great with a spacious bathroom that has a shower and bath, and a large kitchen. Feels very safe and secure, and in a great location, close to the town centre, shops, restaurants and train station. Views from the property are amazing too, looking over the fields of Siena.

Such a lovely place to live: the view is amazing and there are large spacious rooms. The location is great too: walkable distance to the train station, just outside the town centre and bus stops near by. Vittoria is extremely helpful and there when you need her!

I stayed in the Villa from September until February for my erasmus and it was the best experience. The landlady is very friendly, you can always text here if you have a problem or a question. I loved the balcony room, the view is just amazing! Thank you Vittoria for this memorable stay.

We stayed in the private suite for 2 nights. It is a really big and luxurious room for not that much money! The bathroom is very nice as well, with two different showers, including a rain shower. The hostess was amazing, she was very enthusiastic and gave us a warm welcome. She even invited us for a drink with her husband and some friends. We would highly recommend this villa.
