"The Hotel is located in a favorable position for visiting Siena, just a few minutes drive from the city centre. (It is not recommended to reach the center on foot, especially in the evening. The road is fast-moving and not very lit). We stayed in a spacious and clean room. The bathroom, however, was not cleaned thoroughly every day. Breakfast also underwent changes as the days went by. Varied and plentiful at the beginning of the stay, with little choice on the last day. What did not change during the stay was the kindness of the staff, always attentive to the customer's needs. I'm sorry to give three stars, on the first day of my stay I would definitely have given more."

"entrance to the hotel is not clear, the parking space is not paved (it was raining and due that our suitcases and shoes have been totally dirty) room was good and big. shower was not cleaned neatly. the pool is okay the breakfast is like the other comments say. it’s in the cellar, you don’t feel welcome there and it’s not comfy, coffee was good"

"This time I booked a deluxe room, which was very large, with a separate cubicle for luggage. The bathroom was also spacious, and the towel rack automatically heated up at night. It's still quite cold here in the mornings and evenings at the end of March, but the hotel heating was just right. Perhaps because of this, the hotel hadn't started pest control yet, so there were quite a few bugs in the room. I booked dinner at the hotel, which I wouldn't particularly recommend. The dining environment was nice, but the food was just average and the price was slightly higher than outside restaurants. However, their breakfast was quite delicious. The hotel pool wasn't open yet this season, but sunbathing in the garden was very pleasant."

"A very good hotel with a great location, right at the entrance to Siena's old town, just minutes from the bus terminal for the Firenze-Siena route. If you want to go to the train station, the bus stop is a short walk away. The receptionist was very friendly, and the breakfast selection was plentiful, including handmade coffee. The room's walls, a beautiful combination of brick and white, were lovely. We booked a room with a balcony offering views of the Duomo and the city's charming architecture. A restaurant not far from the hotel was a filming location for the Korean drama "How to Translate Love," and the hotel's door even appeared in the show. If you're visiting the city because of "How to Translate Love," don't miss this hotel. The only downside is the slightly poor soundproofing, which seems to be a common problem with older buildings. During my stay, I heard loud noises in the hallway around 1 AM, but normal conversation volume wasn't bothersome. If you're bothered by this, you might want to bring earplugs. I really like the city of Siena, and I am very grateful to the hotel staff. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again next time I travel to Siena."

"We were called a few hours before check-in and told that we could no longer stay at the Piccola Etruria Hotel, which we had booked, and therefore we would be transferred to the nearby "Hotel 3 Donzelle," without any explanation following our request. The bathroom was filthy: the shower was full of hair that obviously wasn't ours. The hairdryer was from the 1950s. And I could stop there (I took photos, which I'll spare for decency's sake). All of this was topped off with a dilapidated and outdated layout, cracks in the plaster, and the bathroom itself looked like it was in a campsite. We weren't expecting a suite, but certainly not a place with zero dignity either. We paid 119 euros for the room for the night, the same price as the hotel we had booked previously (the Tre Donzelle has one less star). Unacceptable. Customer service was also completely lacking, given the mix-up and downgrade we suffered. We would have expected some attention from the management, but instead they were very careful not to make us pay in advance, reiterating that breakfast was subject to charges (12 euros per person!!). The worst experience of my life, which is bad for Tuscan tourism."

"Ten hotel jest OK, poza lokalizacją. Wszystko inne jest złe: 1. Temperatura na zewnątrz wynosi 36 stopni Celsjusza, ale w pokoju nie ma klimatyzacji, tylko 2 wentylatory elektryczne. Dziecko płakało całą noc z powodu upału; 2. Zarezerwowałem pokój dla dwóch dorosłych i jednego dziecka. Hotel wysłał również list potwierdzający. Kiedy się zameldowałem, powiedziano mi, że pokój nie jest wystarczająco duży i muszę zapłacić więcej za większy pokój. Powiedziałem, że w liście potwierdzającym wyraźnie napisano, że jest to pokój dla dwóch dorosłych i jednego dziecka, więc dlaczego miałbym płacić więcej? Odpowiedź: to twój problem, nie mój. Bez słowa. 3. Toaleta jest faktycznie aktywowana głosem. Jak można nie rozwiązać swoich osobistych problemów w ciągu 2 minut? Albo macasz w ciemności, albo krzyczysz. To antyludzki i dziwny projekt. 4. Prześcieradła nie były czyszczone i miały plamy... Ten hotel to pułapka."
