"I returned to Castle Khandela after a few years gap. It still offers the same cosy atmosphere around a square central green space but some areas need a revamp: garden chairs cushions old and bit dirty, same old hard mattresses on beds which were supposed to be changed, bathroom miroir so high I couldn't see the top of my head ...and please replace the tiny shampoo,lotion, shower gel bottles for refillable decent size ones as suggested years ago... They have added a swimming pool which is a bonus. The restaurant is lovely and spacious and offers delicious food. Staff very polite and helpful. A pleasant stay but needs updating."

"Bad experience at Lakadatar Hotel. The reception staff, Mr. Suresh, was very rude and arrogant. He did not talk properly and was not helpful at all, which made the stay uncomfortable. I kindly request the owner to take action and remove him from the front desk. The hotel should improve staff behavior."
