Excellent hotel that was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast and was tasty. Perfect for travelers.

Overall a good value. The downsides were that snow in the parking lot was not removed and noisy heater that cycled on and off frequently.

Stayed here a couple of nights while moving into our apartment. Overall okay, had some cosmetic issues despite stating newly renovated. Bed was comfortable and shower was warm which was what I mostly cared about. I did have someone come to my door and when my fiancé answered he had seemed surprised, came up with an excuse, and then said wrong room. My fiancé did not get the best “vibe” from him. Also smokers right outside each morning some rowdy people living near us.

Sign says newly remodeled but I couldn't see where. Place is dated and run down. My first room had a broken bed frame and box spring. Smelled like cigarette smoke. Moved me to a different room which was better. Back door was always propped open with a rock in the door and people were hanging out in cars in the back parking lot. There was an abandoned puppy outside the door the next morning. I checked out a day early as I did not feel safe.

The doors did not work with the room key, we parked in the back, close to our room and the doors didn’t open!

We had a very spacious and recently renovated suite which seemed perfect until: 1. We couldn't get cable TV channels on the living room TV, although the TV in the bedroom worked fine. 2. Temperature is controlled by 2 fairly weak wall units, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. When we checked in both units were shut off and it was very cold in the room as it was in December. These units were inadequate to heat the unit properly even though it wasn't that cold outside (December 12). 3. There was no top sheet or blanket on the bed, only a thin chamomile bed cover, so we were very cold during the night. In their defense the front desk person apologized profusely when informed about the poor bedding and stated that there should have been a top sheet and blanket.

Staff was less than friendly. Bed sagged in the middle and my head was significantly lower than my feet. It got hot in the room during the night so I tried turning the AC on. The remote didn't have any batteries in it, so went to the unit to turn it on. The AC only cooled for about 10 minutes, turned itself off, and wouldn't restart. Breakfast was awful. Sausage was tough/inedible. Couldn't cut it with a fork and knife. It didn't seem to be cooked all the way. Apple juice was gone. Orange juice was fermented. Selection was very limited and again the staff were not pleasant nor helpful. 1 cereal option, waffles, and 1 mini muffin were available that were ok to eat.

The room had stained towels and linens, unfinished ceiling so you could see the particle plywood above the window, the TV had a child lock applied on every single channel expect 1 news channel and when I showed the desk clerk he just looked at me and shrugged and said idk how to fix that, I’ll see if I can find an extra TV box(which he never did) and sorry for the inconvenience. I couldn’t watch TV the 3 days I was there. I ordered a room with a king size bed, the room I stayed in only had a queen, there was a burnt out light bulb in one of the bed side lamp, the phone didn’t work at all, and there was a bottle cap under the bed suggesting the room wasn’t properly cleaned. There were leaves and dirt tracked down the halls but I wouldn’t even really fuss about that if everything else was in order. Feels like an ABSOLUTE waste of money.

Our room needed a good cleaning and vacuuming. There was dust and dirt on the carpets and long black hair in the shower. On the morning after checking in, we went down for breakfast and went to get "hot" omelets and sausage links and there was nothing in the hot server for omelets. Another person told us that the one he had was cold and dry. The person who was in charge of putting the omelets out, was looking at the brochures instead of watching the food to make sure the guests had food. This was reported to the front desk. The next morning, there were a few omelets and sausage, but they were cold and frozen in the middle and had to be heated in the microwave. Many guests were complaining that they had to cook their own food as it was cold and the person responsible was nowhere around. It would seem that if you are serving hot breakfast, that the breakfast should be hot. We have stayed multiple times, and the breakfast has been cold the person putting food out stated that she heats in the microwave, and it is hot. We are disappointed that as big as Days Inn is, that they can't seem to hire appropriate staff to do the job as it should be done, i.e., cleaning rooms and serving hot breakfast.
