"We were warmly greeted on our arrival by by a young lady named OMI. When she learned of my Elite Bonvoy status we were all given a complementary bottle of water. Our rooms were clean and odor free. Before settling down for the night, one of our young grandsons had an issue which ultimately meant they had to change rooms. OMI was great, first supplying clean bedding, but when there were no clean mattress pads, she started a load in the laundry. Realizing that we needed to get the kids to bed quicker OMI offered to move them to an empty room. OMI deserves a 150% for her effort."

"The bed was nice but on the edge of being too firm. There was garbage in my hallway that was not picked up the whole four days I was there. The phone in my room did not work so I could not call the front desk and ask about the severe weather plan."
