Sivas seyahatimde farkl bir otelde konaklamam sonrası ikinci ziyarette bu oteli deneyimleme fırsatım oldu.Personeller ilgili sağolsunlar fakat otel vasat temizlikte problem görmedim kahvaltı iyi değildi sıcak çay ve çorba dışında sıcak birsey yok yeri merkezde o yüzden tercih edilebilir

Had a short stay in Sivas - arriving at the rain station at midnight and left the following morning. Breakfast was nice and having the reception 24/7 was definitely a plus for us.

The rooms are nice but the breakfast is a disappointment: pieces of bread for "desert" and nescafe bags for coffee. A 4-star hotel should do better

Çok ilgili personeller. Otele gelmeden önce sürekli benimle irtibatta kaldılar. Otel çok temiz, fiyat iyi, kesinlikle tavsiye ederim bu oteli. Sivas ayrıca çok temiz bir şehir. Şehir Müzesi ücretsiz. İnsanlar yabancılara sürekli yardım etmek istiyorlar.

Sivas için en iyi konaklama imkanı sunuyor 5 yıl önce yine iş için konaklamıştım. Geçen süre otel aynı temizlik ve kaliteyi sunmaya devam ediyor. Çok iyi olmasına rağmen belki mobilyalar modernize edilebilir. kahvaltısı yeterli düzeyde.

Öncelikle başka bir otelden memnun kalmayıp şehir merkezinde çok işlek bir caddede olduğundan dolayı tercih ettim. Memnun olduğum noktaları consierge çalışanı Mehmet Bey inanılmaz güler yüzlü yardımcı bir insan.Genel olarak çalışanlar düzgün. Odalar geniş ferah ve temizdi. Eski değildi cok yeni de değildi ama güzeldi. Havalimanı havaş servisi tam otelin önünden kalkıyor. Olumsuzluklara gelince otelin spası var başkaları tarafından işletiliyor ama bakımsız ve eski.Yenilenmeli. Kahvaltı ürünleri kötü,pis değil ama çeşit çok çok az, ekmek diye sadece bir gün akşamdan kalma pideleri koymuşlar. Kahvaltıyı geliştirmeleri lazım. Ben genel anlamda memnun kaldım. Yine gelsem konumundan, oteldeki huzurdan ve odanın ferahlığından dolayı bu otelde kalırım
