The hotel is worth every penny. Highlights: # the pool is nice and long, you can get in a good lap or two. # the elevators and corridors are heavenly scented. # not sure how old the hotel is, but it is well maintained and of superior cleanliness. # the in-house coffee shop is a brilliant addition to the hotel. Improvements: # better internet connection 🙃 # more variety and better, constant recipes for the menu. Certain items were good one day and not so good the next day.

The house is very good and meets the five-star standard, but the road in the mountains is very difficult to walk The airport took about 200 taxis, more than two hours away (if there is not too much traffic) Ctrip's service is very poor, it is very extremely not recommended to book foreign hotels on Ctrip! ! ! All the contact information given cannot reach the hotel, saying that it is the correct contact information given by a third party... When I went to the store to ask all the contact information were wrong, except for the hotel address If you want to see the volcano, it is not recommended to book this place in the rainy season, there is a high probability that you will not see it. Those who don't like bugs don't recommend this place. This place is on the mountain. There are many ants near the food at the breakfast buffet. But the scenery is very good, and the hotel service is also very good. It's a pity that I didn't catch up with the afternoon tea when I checked in in the early morning.

The hotel room is quite spacious. The condition of the hotel is very clean. Room service arrives quickly when needed. No liquid soap provided. The room is not very soundproof so the sound of people walking and talking outside the room can be heard very clearly. But overall it was very pleasant staying here

I recently stayed at The Rich Hotel over the weekend, and I was really impressed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfy. The hotel is conveniently located near Jogja City Mall, allowing me to enjoy karaoke, shopping, and dining easily. The price I paid was definitely worth the quality I got. Highly recommended!

The room was nice clean,and cozy and the food was great. The breakfast variety were boost my mood. What a wonderfull time to stay with a warmest and helpfull team. Mr Agus has shown the proffessionalism and great us in every single guests momment during our stay. A nice guy you have to meet. The location of the hotel is in housing complex, but, easy to find and also easy access to main street. Bedroom and bathroom is clean. Don't expect to much on the room since the size is small and they don't provide electric kettle, but you can go to the dining area to get, hot/cold water from eater dispenser. They provide breakfast but very standard menu and the taste of food should be improved. Only the toast I can accept during my stay. But, the price of this hotel is worth it. The receptionist told me that this hotel usually booked by group tour, so that they only have 1 deluxe room and 1 suite room. The other room is standard room.

For the first time I check this hotel because near Ambarukmo Plaza, then there was a lot street food on jalan Wahid Hasyim. I'm sure you're never feel hungry in the middle of night. Easy Check in and helpful staff, This hotel did'nt provide mineral water bottle, but they provide you a glass water jug, so you can reffil as free flow . #this is i Loved.. Amenities is good, all fungtion in room runs well. I have reserv for superior twin room, its possible if you want extra bed. They have smooking room if you want, so you can note on your reservation. Stayed here with my family. Had an amazing experience started from the time of booking, the reservation team was very attentive and helpful. Prior to my arrival they did a courtesy to make sure everything is well prepared when I arrive at the hotel. Location is very easy to find and not far from city center although it doesn’t feel like you are in a city at all. Once you enter the resort you feel like in a very calming vibes and a sanctuary place. I arrived and greeted by Ekky and Ervita. Ervita escorted me to the room and showed all the feature in details and even let us enjoy in room afternoon tea during sunset which was incredible nice. Ekky was very helpful while assisting our luggage and took us around for a hotel tour. During the stay, I have requested some items to be delivered and they were promptly provided in a timely manner. I ordered dinner from ghetto restaurant and they were served nicely in the room and the taste of the food was good. I would like to mention some names as their providing memorable service during my stay ad well. Thank you for Lana, Viyo, Zhani, Rachel, Victor and Humam for making our stay memorable. Although I would like to comment about the breakfast. Restaurant ambiance is very nice but unfortunately the overall food was below my expectations. The food options were adequate but the tastes and quality somewhat did not harmonize with the great resort and services. I’m assuming finding the right supplier is also a key for this. but, indeed i enjoyed the breakfast. One last thing is about the Guest Motorcycle parking. We rent motorbike and we had to park in the staff parking so it was a bit of confusion for us as a guest and employee seeing us strolling around in your back area. Overall, I would love to come back if I visit Jogja again in near future. What I enjoy the most is the great service from the staff and that’s all what matters after all. Great product and service! Good and clean hotels near Ambarukmo Plaza, Located across XXI & Starbucks. Service was good and friendly. My suite room was also clean, large and comfortable. Note : hot water for shower was not stable.

This hotel is very recommended for those who choose a super comfortable 3 star hotel and a jet-king king. Make a photo” just cool too. The Gazebo Garden Restaurant is an interesting and exotic place with an open terrace with a very delicious gourmet menu. There is also the Shinta Garden for regular dinner. There is also Joglo Rama, suitable for company parties, Family memorial, and other events. Oh yes, if dinner here you can get a package with the Ramayana Ballet show held at Amphi-Theater Puraa tour every night. You can check it directly at @ramayanaballetpurawisata.
