Great hotel with excellent service. We have attended wedding of our relative Groom just day ago it was amazing experience. Specially landscapes of the hotel and top notch ITC hospitality makes all vibes super se upar. Credit to Mr. Pandey GM and team for all the arrangements with pure smile. Keep the good work on 🎉

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Everything from food and amenities to Playstation and games were very fun and we all had lots of fun here

WelcomHeritage Santa Rosa Kasauli are best property in Kasauli area. Nice Hospitality and nice service food was delicious & Front office staff was proper ascort in room and aware all amenities and activities. So best place visit again. Spacially all staff smiles all times

A very nice property. Very polite staff And food was super yumm. Chef Parveen Kumar ke haath mein jadu hai 😊 He served us chicken tikka and Reshami chicken tikka. It was super yumm . Apart from it he served it so nicely and with so much of humility. It was a very good experience.

We came to this place from Taj theog. We were pleasantly surprised by the service and the food here. The food is superb. The khatta meat cooked by Mr Praveen Kumar was excellent. So was the beetroot halwa. The rooms are nice and active action is required going up and down. But it’s worth it.

We checked in , got fabulous tea and the dinner was outstanding, chef Anand Lal & Sant Ram had made fabulous chicken , mutton and vegetarian food. The cottage is excellent . Thank you for a great experience. Only there was a large group who were very loud so had to tell them to tone down the music. Rest all great.

Lovely view at the angle of 360 Very nice property.co-operative staff.smiling faces all the time. Very nice room good hygiene and cleaning, we were the part of music 🎶 festival held at Kasuali KMF . Yummy food. Mr Praveen Executive Housekeeper, Front Office ***ager and Jyotsna are very utmost people and playing their role in the guidance of Mr Gunjan Pandey ji GM of the hotel. Wahhhh ..wht a team Pandey ji .All the time they were very helpful for every guest requirements I recommend this property to everyone .
