"We reached hotel at around 12 pm,we were told check in time is 2pm however they will call if room is available,we reached at 3.30pm they never called , and breakfast is strictly limited with few veg items and no eggs as well.they even run out of pickles or ice if you plan to enjoy your drink in the room even I told them to refill shower gel couple of times which they never did ,They had no internet as well on the first day and only you tube works on their tv. at 11am they called to check out as that was there check out time ,I have been to many hotels never ever I have seen so unapologetic and inhospitable behaviour by the staff. They don't have a swimming pool nor a garden to stroll around.i had taken two interconnecting rooms for two nights ,it's the first time I had a bad experience with a new branded hotel ,right from front desk ,housekeeping or the restaurant. They should learn from Sterling Puri staff how a hotel should be run."

"Bardzo satysfakcjonujące i relaksujące pobyt. Po pierwsze, to ośrodek ma świetną lokalizację - tuż w środku gór - gdziekolwiek widzisz jest świetny widok. Staff jest tak współpracujący i zachowujący się. Transport między pokojami, recepcją i restauracją jest ładnie utrzymany z ciągłą dostawą kabin wewnętrznych - nie trzeba czekać dłużej niż 5 do 10 minut. Dwie rzeczy, w których mogą zrobić lepiej, to jeden, myślę, że domowe obsługa mogłaby być lepsza. I dwa, sprzęt w Happy Hub nie jest dobrze utrzymany. A teraz na największy USP ośrodka - restauracja ma świetne jedzenie. Odwiedziłem 16 Club Mahindra kurorty przed Kandaghat, i mogę bezpiecznie powiedzieć, że to było najlepsze jedzenie, jakie jadłem. Nie przegap śniadania w formie bufetu, na pewno nie obiad. Staff serwisowy dba o ciebie, a szefowie kuchni będą cię pieprzyć. Nazwanie niektóre z zasobów, które sprawiły, że pobyt był niesamowity - Od Recepcji : Ita From Restauracja Usługa : Pankit, Lalta, Mehak, Yogesh, Vikrant, Kirandeep, Veronica, Hina, Aisha, Preeti From Housekeeping : Szef Shubham przygotował dostosowane dania dla naszej córki. Więc, dolna linia jest - zdecydowanie wracam. Bardzo i zdecydowanie zalecane"

As we are coming on our own car so want to book the resort that must be located on the main road to Kasauli and must have ample parking space and we have got both things in this Resort as the first choice. Secondly, this resort is having spacious beautiful rooms with balcony. We have booked Non AC deluxe room with balcony as AC is not required at all even in month of July. Thirdly, food and service is very much fine. You must try crispy veg in snacks that is too delicious and paneer butter masala in main course is also tasty that we ordred for dinner. Bread Omelette and Stuff Paratha at breakfast is superb as well. I recommend this resort to everyone and will surely stay there again in future."
