"Bardzo satysfakcjonujące i relaksujące pobyt. Po pierwsze, to ośrodek ma świetną lokalizację - tuż w środku gór - gdziekolwiek widzisz jest świetny widok. Staff jest tak współpracujący i zachowujący się. Transport między pokojami, recepcją i restauracją jest ładnie utrzymany z ciągłą dostawą kabin wewnętrznych - nie trzeba czekać dłużej niż 5 do 10 minut. Dwie rzeczy, w których mogą zrobić lepiej, to jeden, myślę, że domowe obsługa mogłaby być lepsza. I dwa, sprzęt w Happy Hub nie jest dobrze utrzymany. A teraz na największy USP ośrodka - restauracja ma świetne jedzenie. Odwiedziłem 16 Club Mahindra kurorty przed Kandaghat, i mogę bezpiecznie powiedzieć, że to było najlepsze jedzenie, jakie jadłem. Nie przegap śniadania w formie bufetu, na pewno nie obiad. Staff serwisowy dba o ciebie, a szefowie kuchni będą cię pieprzyć. Nazwanie niektóre z zasobów, które sprawiły, że pobyt był niesamowity - Od Recepcji : Ita From Restauracja Usługa : Pankit, Lalta, Mehak, Yogesh, Vikrant, Kirandeep, Veronica, Hina, Aisha, Preeti From Housekeeping : Szef Shubham przygotował dostosowane dania dla naszej córki. "We didn't have high hopes initially however after talking to the reception lady and when she sent the pics of the rooms, the place looked value for money. We booked the Executive category room and it was worth every extra penny. Room was spacious, well lighted and properly designed. It also had a mesmerizing view from its balcony. We were only planning to stay for 2 nights initially however stayed for total 4 nights. Food was great as well. And the best part was the courteous staff and friendly attitude from the owner itself. The reception lady was an all rounder and really a gem of a person. Overall, really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely want to come back, just keep up the services like the current one :)"

"Just got back from a 2-night stay at Luxe Resorts, Kasauli, and we had an amazing time. It’s a family-run place, and the owners, Mr. and Mrs. S.K. Sharma, are incredible hosts. They personally welcomed us with smiling faces and made sure we were comfortable throughout. The staff really makes this place special. Miss Pooja at the reception made check-in and check-out super fast, and Tula Ram from security was very helpful. Everyone was genuinely polite and attentive. The location is excellent—surrounded by beautiful pine and deodar trees with peaceful valley views. It’s nicely lit up at night and has good car parking. Mall Road is just a short 15-minute walk (around 1.5 km) away. We loved the outdoor seating area where we could enjoy breakfast in the cool mountain breeze. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. Just as a small bit of feedback for things that could elevate the experience even further: adding a mini-fridge to the standard rooms would be a great touch. Also, adding a few more options to the breakfast menu and tweaking the biryani recipe would make the food perfect. Highly recommend staying here for the warm hospitality and peaceful vibes and will definitely visit again!"
