Good: It's a perfect place to stay with the kids.
Bad: The beach and the beach pool are really small and packed with the beach chairs.
Very bad: The SPA treatments are extremely expensive, 2-3 times higher than medium at the seashore.

We just visited for the third time and it was wonderful, again! The staff is phenomenal, the food is incredible and the walking/bike riding around the property is fantastic. The beach was pristine despite an algae bloom and the pools were delightful. The spa treatments were great.
The rooms are starting to show a little bit of age but still a great vacation!

The staff was unbelievable! Marco ,Daniel and Antonio on the beach made our trip absolute perfection. They were so attentive and remember our names and drink preferences. The beach was lovely and the always cleaned up the sea****. So no trouble with that at this beach (other beaches in the area get bad) . The hotel is fun and trendy. We stayed on the beach side. Highly recommend if you can afford the extra splurge. If not, don’t worry. Golf carts will take you anywhere on the property. Martin drove us often and was such a great help. He was always friendly. *PSA tip your golf cart guy!
