"Byłem skupiony na weekendach na Hacienda tres Rios, nigdy nie widziałem nieruchomości, ale wiedziałem, że odbudowano je w ciągu ostatnich kilku lat. Cóż... mój sceptycyzm szybko wygasł, kiedy spotkałem pracowników hotelu. Staff jest wyjątkowo szczególnie Carlos w barze sportowym, a Alexander i Vanessa, którzy robią kajaki, snorkeling i wycieczki rowerowe. Są bardzo płynne w języku angielskim i można powiedzieć, że mają pasję do robienia doświadczeń ludzi w Meksyku jak najlepiej może być. Byłem w pełni przygotowany, aby powiedzieć nie do zakupu nieruchomości... Cóż. Jestem teraz dumnym właścicielem kurortu. Może mnie złapiesz w centotach lub śpiewasz karaoke w następnej wizyty, bo z pewnością wrócę. Dziękuję bardzo!"

"On the morning of November 14th, I left the Maya Riviera Hotel. Upon checking out, I discovered that approximately $300 was missing from my wallet. Here's what happened: I took a taxi to the hotel and paid the fare in US dollars, so I remembered having several hundred dollars in my wallet. The hotel was all-inclusive, so I didn't make any cash purchases during my stay. When I left the hotel to go to the airport that morning, I wanted to have US dollars in cash ready beforehand, but when I opened my wallet, I found I only had thirty dollars left. During my stay, my wallet was in my bag, which was on the table in my hotel room. Only the housekeeping staff could enter my room and take the dollars from my wallet. Because I had to catch my flight that morning, I didn't have time to report it to the police after noticing the incident with the hotel staff. It's important to be careful with your belongings and personal safety when traveling to Mexico."

"Pros - the staff is all wonderful. The resort has been recently renovated so it’s in relatively good condition.  Cons - the food isn’t great… I would call it mediocre verging on poor. The a la carte restaurants weren’t great either and I would call the booking system/insane red tape process to visit the a la carte restaurants off putting, verging on insane.  I probably won’t be back for the above stated reasons, but I must reiterate that all of the service staff were truly lovely and no question the highlight of the trip."

"Wspaniała lokalizacja. Świetne jedzenie. Całkowicie czyste. Przydzielili hałasny pokój (najbliżej klimatyzacji), żądano zmiany, dali pokój zniżkowany (wysokość do standardu), niechętnie zaakceptowaliśmy od cichszego. Później zdałem sobie sprawę, że pokój był tuż nad obszarem palenia na zewnątrz! . Tym razem mieli tylko pokoje z płatną awansacją."

"Kolejne wspaniałe rodzinne wakacje! Mieli więcej algae tym razem, ale zostały usunięte co rano. Świetny czas w restauracji sezonowej z naszym ulubionym kelnerem, Antonio. Niesamowity steek tomohak i niesamowity ostryg. Koktajl facet jest miłym dodatkiem. Nasz ambasador, Veronica i Andrea, naprawdę poszli ponad i poza tym czasem! Wiele specjalnych tkwić, świętowanie urodzinowe, wspaniałe planowanie! Mam nadzieję, że zobaczymy się następnym razem. Świetna obsługa na plaży z Barnabe i Jonathana. Poszliśmy na masaż parę z Leddy i Alejandra, bardzo polecam! Spodobało mi się joga z Laurie (instruktor zmiana od tygodnia do tygodnia). Dziękuję również Elianeth w spa za waszą dobroć i profesjonalizm. Naprawdę cieszymy się żywą muzyką na plaży w czasie kolacji. Dziękuję również damom na aluxitos! (Marisol? I? Następnym razem zapiszam swoje imiona!)"

El Taj Oceanfront and Beachside Condo Hotel

"¡Our stay at El Taj Oceanfront & Beachside Condo Hotel was excellent! The reception staff was very friendly and attentive, and helped us with the baggage. The apartment is very large and made us feel like at home. We traveled in family and the distribution was perfect: our children could sleep together in one room, our parents had another room and, moreover, we had a shared living room to rest and talk in family. During our five-day and four-night stay, each had its own space and privacy, but we also enjoyed all our trips together. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym. It is just a few steps from the beach and very close to the Fifth Avenue, besides being surrounded by many delicious restaurants. When the time came to leave, ¡We really didn't want to say goodbye! The hotel also helped us organize trips to the pyramids and snorkel activities with marine turtles, even a private driver, making our family trip much more comfortable and quiet. The hotel was very clean and very careful. The next time we visit the Beach del Carmen, we will certainly be home again in El Taj. ¡ We recommend this especially for families!"
