"Pojechałem do Tres Rios na miejsce, atmosfera była ładna. Pokoje były ładne, ale mój zlew wyciekał, a my nie mieli mikrofalówki. Wartość doświadczenia była warta pieniędzy. Poziom hałasu budowy był niepokojący. Rosa, Cezar, Aleksandr, Mauricio wszyscy zasługują na podwyżkę lub jakiekolwiek porady otrzymali. Rosa była uroczą kelnerką dla mojej rodziny. Cezar był wspaniałym barmanem i moja rodzina i absolutnie go kochałam. Alexander był miły i wykonał swoją pracę rozrywkową doskonale. On trzymał się aktywności i był bardzo zachęcający i entuzjastycznie o swojej pracy. Mauricio był świetną osobą również w tym samym miejscu rozrywki. Zrobił niesamowite malowanie twarzy na mojej twarzy i był zabawny, aby powiesić się w barze gry. On prowadził rozmowy i impreza."

"Service is definitely not 5 star hotel. A hotel worker accidentally took my t shirt and instead of just brining it back started arguing. Food is expensive and not that great. My advice is just use room service for breakfast, it will be cheaper and more options compare to their buffet menu."

"Pros - the staff is all wonderful. The resort has been recently renovated so it’s in relatively good condition.  Cons - the food isn’t great… I would call it mediocre verging on poor. The a la carte restaurants weren’t great either and I would call the booking system/insane red tape process to visit the a la carte restaurants off putting, verging on insane.  I probably won’t be back for the above stated reasons, but I must reiterate that all of the service staff were truly lovely and no question the highlight of the trip."

"Here’s a polished review you can use for the Wyndham Hotel Playa del Carmen: ⸻ Wyndham Hotel Playa del Carmen – Honest Review We had a very enjoyable stay at Wyndham Playa del Carmen overall! The customer service was truly amazing — we were even upgraded to a beautiful suite with an oceanfront view, which made a huge difference. The buffet was great with lots of options, and the staff throughout the hotel was consistently friendly and welcoming. However, a few things to note: there are very pushy salespeople around the property who are constantly trying to upsell timeshares and spa packages. It’s understandable, but it did get a little tiring at times. The hotel is directly on the beach, but the beachfront isn’t ideal for swimming since it’s very rocky and shallow. You need to walk about five minutes down to find a spot where you can comfortably swim. The overall vibe of the hotel is a bit outdated and cheesy — definitely a mixed crowd of younger people looking to party and older guests, giving it a bit of a “cruise ship” atmosphere. My husband and I had never done an all-inclusive before, and although we got an amazing deal, it’s probably not something we would repeat at this property. As for dining: • The buffet was solid — lots of choices, decent quality — I’d rate it a 7/10. • The two à la carte restaurants (that required reservations) were subpar, so we honestly preferred the buffet experience. • The sushi swim-up bar was a bit of a letdown; the sushi wasn’t great (but understandable given the location). Our only real disappointment was the hot tub — it was very tiny, difficult to find, far away from everything, and when we finally reached it on our last night, it was lukewarm and not fully functioning. Final thoughts: If you’re looking for a budget-friendly all-inclusive with great staff, decent food, and a nice view — this is a good choice. Just know it’s not super luxurious, and swimming directly in front of the hotel isn’t ideal. It’s located right in the heart of Playa where there are lots of partying going on, if you want that sort of scene. We’re glad we tried it, but we’ll probably explore other options and quieter locations next time."

"Było to AMAZING! Miałem tam tak wielki czas! Staff był super przyjacielski i jedzenie było smaczne. Byłem pewien, że jeść i pić jak najwięcej, myślę, że jadłem za dużo! Jest tylko śniadanie w formie bufetu i lunch i kolacja w restauracjach. Jest à la carte (jeśli zapłaciłeś za pakiet) i możesz zamówić tyle jedzenia, ile chcesz.Meksykańskie jedzenie na lunch i włoskie lub meksykańskie jedzenie na kolację (jeśli musisz zarezerwować na kolację). Uwielbiam również, że bar na dachu ma nieograniczone wspaniałe jedzenie na cały dzień. Mój pokój był ogromny i bardzo przestronny, nie miałem najlepszego widoku, co nie miało znaczenia, ponieważ byłem na dachu przez większość czasu. Zaopatrzyli również w lodówkę pokojową z miękkim napojem i piwem, które są nieograniczone.
