"I rang ahead and asked if I could check in 20 mins earlier but that was extra £20. Was given room 400 but was dirty. Moved to room 435 which was opposite lift and an accessible room. Facilities included tea/coffee, ironing board and safe. The room faced the departures area of the airport. There is a bar & restaurant on site. The room itself was quiet and sound proof from airport noise. Staff seemed friendly enough. But the hotel is more 3 star than 4 star. Convenient for the location."

"Stayed for 1 night prior to early flight. It was further from the airport than I thought it was. The bed was comfortable and bedding spotless The hubby liked the fact he could see the aircraft take off and land from the room so wasn’t disappointed that it was further than anticipated. The bathroom was adequate but I’m not sure about having a shower curtain instead of a screen but it did look clean. The meals we had were nice and a couple of drinks in bar. Hospitally tray was adequate too. You need to ask reception for hairdryers but not an issue. Overall it’s great value for money and we would stay again. All the staff we came into contact were friendly and professional at all times"

"This Premier Inn was very convenient for the NEC for when we went to the Craft Show. There was plenty of parking (free at this site) and the rooms were spotless, warm and quiet . Staff were very friendly and helpful in both the hotel and restaurant. We would certainly return to this if we were doing another event at the NEC or were visiting places of interest in Warwickshire or Birmingham"

"This was the location of a family member's 60th birthday celebration, so seemed the logical site to book a room for the weekend. The room is of a reasonable size and equipment level. The receptionist, Beth whent above and beyond to sort a minor issue we had. The food is nice and of a reasonable price, and the breakfast was filling and well cooked. The weekend was a big success for the party and for the guests."

"Attended a a post funeral wake for a family member at this hotel . I parked my van in the car park . There were no clearly marked parking requirements or restrictions displayed anywhere . I went to the function room for the wake . There were no signs in the entrance stating that the registration mark of van had to be logged in the hotel .Today I received a parking fine of £100 within 28 days . Beware ."

"Stayed for one night here for a concert at the arena. The train station is in walking distance from the inn which is very handy and is only one stop away. The village itself is a lovely place. We had 3 rooms booked at the inn and all of them were of a good standard. I would recommend asking for a room at the back due to road noise and the church clock chiming every hour through the night. The inn itself is lovely and the breakfast served was hot and very nice. You can see that the building is very old and this is the theme kept throughout. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. My only suggestion to the owners is to have some kind of key lock system with a code so you can obtain your room key when the inn is closed. We were able to access our room after 430pm, when the inn opened. You get free parking at the back if you give your numberplate details inside. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!"

"Couple issues: We could hear a lot of noise in the middle of the night when people were walking in the corridor.Rooms are not sound proof, this disturbs the sleep. Water leaking from the bathroom to the ground floor. It's a house-modified hotel. Not a pleasant stay., 😏"
