There was a prominent mold smell in our room from the first moment we entered. Also noticed a sewage smell coming out of the bathroom later. Hotel staff wasn't able to change our room as they said the hotel was full and that's it. We will not be staying here or recommending Hotel Citric Soller to anyone.

The location and view are good other than that the place needs a full refurb and it would be great. The room was so hot day and night and it stank and there were no facilities. There was an old portable aircon unit that you couldn’t move that was very noisy and cooled the corner of the bed it was next to. The shower sprayed everywhere. There was a unit on the outside hotel wall that made a droning noise all night. You could here people moving around all night 3/4am etc I wonder if they were struggling to sleep too? We saw in the morning another room that had a larger balcony had moved their mattress outside to sleep.

Love love loved the staff! Very walkable into town/the marina, yet quite and laid back compared to the party atmosphere of town!

The staff are fabulous here and the location/view amazing. The hotel was very run down and it was great to know it was being revamped in October!! Good luck with the revamp but wouldn’t reccomend until then as lack of air con or air con that’s noisier than imaginable is not worth the cheap rate.

Arrived to the AC not working, they were not able to move me to another room due to only 4 rooms having AC. I had to check out and find another hotel at a more expensive rate due to last minute. Staff tried to accommodate by giving me dinner and breakfast, but AC was needed for the room, so I had to move.

Staff were so hospitable and looked after us very well. Overall, we were really happy with our 8 night stay
The hotel does have a few issues such as only one very small lift that is not sufficient for the number of guests. One of our rooms was very small and in general, the hotel is looking a little tired. We did however, enjoy our stay and thank you to Teresa who really went out of her way to ensure we had all that we needed

Ideal situation with wonderful views. I was in the single room which was basic and on need of a refurb. The hotel has a bit of a hostel feel (in a good way).
