"The rooms have great views over the square, or the mountains behind, with excellent double glazing to ensure the noise does not disturb your sleep. The hotel building is a fine old town house with a magnificent central staircase, but no lift. The staff are an extremely friendly and helpful bunch, who made me feel welcome at every opportunity. They were understanding about an error in my booking when I thought I had booked for one more night than I actually had and accommodated this without trouble - thank you. I brought my own road bike which I stored in the garden and carried in and out via the kitchen. This was fine and quite charming. If you intend to do the same, I suggest bringing a bike cover to keep off the occasional rain showers. I highly recommend this l"

The breakfast was really bad, the eggs were under cooked, the toast thick and hard. we were told people have been coming to the hotel for THE BREAKFAST for 15 years. Nothing looked good or tasted good. The ironing board delivered to us was rocking so badly that the iron fell off and could have burnt me. "Absolutely first class!! Andreu and his team could not have put themselves out more for us. From beginning to end they made us feel welcome and were so helpful with advice on what to see .... and what to avoid in the local area. The hotel is very well appointed, rooms palatial and the food first class ... and plentiful. The range of what was on offer at breakfast is awesome and the dinner [an optional paid-for extra] gave us a glimpse of regional dishes at very reasonable prices when compared to restaurants in the town. We will certainly be going back. This finca's location lends itself to myriad activities. whatever the weather and walkers of all abilities will find something for them. It is shame we had to get back to wok ... otherwise we would have stayed longer and maybe helped with the orange harvest!!"

Poniżej piekarnika jest to również otwiera się, aby ujawnić deski cięcia i Tupperware, że ludzie mogą przegapić. Sofa bardzo wygodny, stolik i krzesła, jeśli chcesz jeść w mieszkaniu. Pokój prysznicowy i oddzielny toaleta są bardzo nowoczesne. Suszarka do włosów i łazienki zapewniane. Łóżko było ogromne i tak wygodne. Apartament ten ma 2 balkony’s dla 2 osób, aby usiąść naraz z 2 więcej drzwi patio, które również otwarte. Air-con łatwy w pracy i mnóstwo oświetlenia. Duży telewizor i można zalogować się do Netflix itp. Wrócimy w lutym i zarezerwowaliśmy apartament Seaview, ale kiedy wrócimy w maju, znowu rezerwujemy widok na góry. Jestem pewien, że wszyscy są tak ładne jak inni. Restauracja poniżej daje 10% zniżki jeśli pobyt w Repic. Jedzenie było urocze. Nasze nowe miejsce do pobytu w Sóller 😊"

"The hotel is located just a short stroll down the hill to the beach and port. The reception is beautiful and the service at check in was exceptional. The room on the top floor had sensational views out to the beach beyond and through the trees. At was peaceful to sit out there both in the evening and the morning. The rooms are a little dated as other reviewers say but they are very clean and have everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom is tiny in the basic double and the shower was not the best. The rooms could do with refurbishing in line with the rest of the hotel which is modern and decorated beautifully. We opted for half board and were disappointed with the vegan options available on the buffet dinner. The chefs were very helpful in assisting us with our requirements. All we could have was rice, chips and salad. Not the greatest variety of options for vegans. The waiting staff were not great which did affect our dining experience a little. Overall the hotel is beautiful, the staff (except the waiting staff) are exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The setting of Hotel Espléndido is undeniably stunning. The views across the bay are beautiful, the water in Port de Sóller is crystal clear and wonderfully swimmable, and the location directly on the promenade is excellent. Unfortunately, the hotel itself did not live up to either its reputation or its price point. The biggest disappointment was the hospitality culture. From the moment we checked in, there was a noticeable difference between how regular guests appeared to be treated and how new guests were welcomed. We were not shown to our room, not even directed to the lifts, and were left to navigate what is a surprisingly confusing layout. Finding our room took considerably longer than it should have. Sleep quality was a recurring issue. The hotel has communal terraces between guest rooms, which unfortunately seem to encourage late-night socialising immediately outside bedroom windows. I experienced noise on multiple nights, including groups talking loudly well past midnight. The design itself is problematic. Not only does it create noise issues, but it also offers very little privacy, as guests can easily look across into neighbouring terraces. From a security perspective, the separation between some terraces is minimal and it would take very little for someone to step or climb across into another guest's outdoor space. What may have looked attractive on an architect's drawing board does not work particularly well in practice. When the noise issue was raised with reception, the response was disappointing. Rather than focusing on the fact that a guest had now had several disturbed nights, there seemed to be more interest in explaining that one of the guests involved was a regular visitor who stays several times a year. Whether intended or not, this created the impression that some guests are viewed differently from others. On another night we were woken by a group of heavily intoxicated guests returning to the hotel. What initially sounded like a loud impact against our door was followed by our door handle being tried repeatedly. Being abruptly woken in the middle of the night by somebody apparently attempting to access your room is not only disturbing, it is genuinely concerning from a personal safety perspective. At the time, we had no way of knowing whether this was simply a confused guest or something more serious. Reception attended and assisted the guests to their room, which suggests that their condition was evident. However, no acknowledgement or apology was offered for the distress and disturbance caused. Whilst the behaviour of other guests is not always within a hotel's control, how such incidents are handled certainly is. A simple apology and recognition of the impact on affected guests would have gone a long way. For a hotel positioning itself as a sophisticated and tranquil retreat, I found it surprising that visibly intoxicated guests were permitted to create repeated disturbances without any apparent consideration for t"
