Pure Salt Port de Sóller

Bardzo przyjemny, nowoczesny i elegancki hotel. Wszystko wygląda na nowo urządzone zarówno w pokojach, jak i w holu itp. Piękne widoki z jadalni/baru. Pierwotnie dostaliśmy bardzo mały pokój, ale przeniesiono nas na prośbę. Śniadanie było smaczne, ale przydałoby się więcej opcji wegetariańskich. W pokojach przydałoby się więcej miejsca do przechowywania. Świetna lokalizacja do spacerów do restauracji i barów itp.

Świetny hotel. Łóżko było bardzo skrzypiące, personel nie był bardzo pomocny ani uważny. Powinni wdrożyć kilka punktów wody pitnej, wydaliśmy fortunę na wodę butelkowaną. W przeciwnym razie wspaniały pobyt ze wspaniałym śniadaniem i basenem.

Mój mąż i ja uwielbialiśmy nasz pobyt, ale szkoda, że ​​lodówka nie byłaby nieco większa i nie miałaby dostępnego lodu. Brak maszyny do lodu, więc musielibyśmy kupić lód, a zanim wrócilibyśmy do naszego pokoju, byłby on w połowie stopiony i nie byłoby miejsca na zamrożenie lodu. Ponadto nasz pakiet obejmował śniadanie i kolację. Pierwszej nocy naszego pobytu mieliśmy wliczoną w cenę kolację, a kelner był gwałtowny i nieprzyjazny. Zdecydowaliśmy się nie jeść tam ponownie kolacji.

The hotel is in a great location at the quieter end of the port but with good selection of bars and restaurants close by. There are great views from the terrace where you have breakfast and from the sea view rooms. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. However, we felt that this hotel lacked something but not sure what. The reception area was quite small and not particularly welcoming. Staff were efficient enough but not over friendly. The exception was Estefania and Patricia at breakfast who were both great. We had a couple of minor issues with housekeeping but nothing major. Also small error with our bill on checkout. Overall, nice hotel but not great.

Wonderful two week stay at Pure Salt Port de Sóller. Lovely quiet room overlooking the mountains. Very comfortable bed and amazing shower. Reception and restaurant staff are welcoming, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Laura must be given a special mention for her outstanding customer service. She went out of her way to answer our questions about the particular local delicacies that we enjoyed so much and even introduced us to the chef who prepared our favourite dishes to perfection. Thank you, Laura for looking after us so well. We look forward to returning in September.

Great location. Everything about the hotel we love. The staff are so friendly from the cleaners to the receptionists to the waiters and waitresses. We came last year and will be booking for next year..... CANT WAIT

PURE SALT PORT DE SOLLER is one of the best hotels I have stayed in especially the staff are absolutely great the hotel was just amazing little expensive but you get what you pay for

Excellent Hotel. Great breakfast. Beautiful view from the terrace. Sea view rooms have nice views of the bay and beach. Nice and quiet pool area. We found parking in nearby streets. Hiking trails in Tramuntana go directly from the bay. The quaint tram takes you to Sóller, a beautiful old city. From there take the train to Palma. Port de Sóller and Pure Salt is a great place to stay for your holiday.

Just returned from a 5 night stay at Pure Salt, Port Soller. The hotel is beautiful aesthetically sitting at the quiet end of the port. I say quiet, but there is construction work going on a few doors down so if your after peace by the pool, maybe give it a few months! The hotel is very clean and smells amazing as soon as you walk in. Staff very friendly, especially those in the restaurant/bar area. We booked a standard room as we were just using the hotel as a base for adventure. We were allocated Room 2 on the ground floor, under reception and the restaurant. The room was much smaller than we had imagined. There really wasn’t a lot of room to put 2 large cases. Bathroom area very small and lack of space for my partner to do her makeup etc. The room was very clean, and the cleaners did a great job when asked. The room also had a nice view of the bay. The biggest issue we faced was the location of the room. With it being directly under the restaurant we were woken every morning about 6:50 with the movement of tables and chairs from above as they prepared for breakfast service. There was also a morning where a beer delivery arrived at a similar time directly outside the window. We really should’ve asked to be moved in hindsight. Breakfast was alright, nothing really changed over the 5 days however so it was a bit boring come the end. We dined out all but 1 night where we visited the onsite restaurant. The food was presented well but tasted very average. There are plenty of nicer restaurants nearby where you will get better food. There is a real lack of atmosphere, it could be that we are in early season but the hotel did seem busy enough. The music played at breakfast and dinner wasn’t particularly uplifting. One recommendation would be for them to do away with the cards for pool towels. We found it particularly inconvenient having to wait at reception for replacement cards after dropping our used towels off. All in all, we had a comfortable stay, the hotel is an ideal location for a base for adventure but if you’re looking for something extra, I would look elsewhere.
