Villa Coco

It is a nice hotel which is nice because the village has not much to offer to we were happy to stay there. The receptionist is really nice and helpful , cuisine is good. But i was disapointed by the service … also we had a man who started to read all the menu !!!!! So so strange … as half of the menu i was not interested and then i can read myself.. also i ask him something and his answer was “ let me continue the reading”. Next table was laughing , they must have been through the same experience. A part from that, it is a nice . Also the pool is always with kids , not a relaxing pool although it is beautiful … I found Panama the people are rude, they only see you as “ dollars”, it is not nice, we work hard to be able to travel ….

I love this place so much! Everything is fantastic. The rooms are specious, clean and tastefully decorated. AC working perfectly. The pool area is great for relaxing in both the sun and the shade. Great sunsets are only a short stroll away. The food is simply amazing both breakfast and dinner! To add on all this the staff manages to combine friendliness and service mindedness in a way that is rare. The location is great for accessing both beaches of Santa Catalina. I truly recommend this establishment!

Best hotel in Santa Catalina, without a doubt! It has the perfect mix of being a "boutique hotel" and "family hotel" at the same time, with a surprisingly tasty cuisine in their in-house restaurant (high quality gastronomic menu for very favorable prices). Whenever I travel to Santa Catalina, I stay at Villa Coco.

Villa Coco is the perfect place for a relaxed surf vacation. It is so magical, you can enjoy it without surfing. The hotel grounds are great, the pool is amazing, the restaurant is fabulous and the villas are designed perfectly, I wished I could pack the villa in my suitcase.

This hotel is amazing. Grounds and pool are beautiful. Customer service is excellent. You really feel like you have gotten away from it all at a boutique hotel. Pool is beautiful with nice cabanas, and restaurant was delicious. Walking distance to town.

Good confortable place in Santa Catalina, quiet, tidy, good pool and good restaurant, good place to disconnect of the city. They make all the arragements for Coiba idland tour and to visit others places in the area, good for family trips or couples trips.

The rooms are beautiful, the outside shower in the bathroom is great and the pool is wow! We had such a nice stay. Staff, especially Serge (I think it’s his name) is very kind and helpfull. Breakfast was delicious. We only regret we couldn’t stay longer!

Villa Coco is consistently a stellar experience from the well-manicured grounds, to the inviting pool, the delicious food and the all the friendly faces. I have visited Santa Catalina many times and always stay at Villa Coco because of its consistently high standards in a very relaxed, welcoming, laid-back setting. Its such a treat to finally reach this destination and being there makes my long travel fatigue melt away almost immediately. Villa Coco accommodates singles and families alike, younger and more seasoned travelers are welcomed, cared for, and come away satisfied. You can spend a day recuperating and relaxing in their stylish infinity pool. I like to have a mojito or margarita in the pool after a day of playing on the beach. Its a wonderful way to wind the day down and they do a great job making the cocktails. For a day exploring the always-helpful front desk can quickly book an excursions—my favorite is always going to Coiba which is really a marine treasure trove. The rooms at Villa Coco are exceptionally comfortable and have private outdoor garden showers that I absolutely love. A favorite experience of mine is taking a shower outside when it is actually also storming! Raining or not, the showers are fun, relaxing, and unique. The owners Tuza and Olivia have put so much love and attention into making this property special for its guests and I really count myself lucky to have come upon it and hope others can enjoy all the special moments that await at Villa Coco!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Coco. We were traveling as a family with our 2.5yr old child and Villa Coco was the perfect stop for us. Their chalets are done beautifully and the outside showers are awesome. The pool area is so well planned and surrounding landscaping adds to the overall beauty of the property. The food is the best in the area and you won't find more friendly nor accommodating staff.
