"The location isn't in Chenjiapu, but in a village below it. It's very quiet, and parking is easy. There's an ancient path leading to Chenjiapu from here, about a 20-minute walk. Xiaohoushe Village itself isn't very big, so we basically drove out along the mountain roads each day to explore the surrounding area, returning in the afternoon to stroll and take photos near the rice paddies in the evening. We booked dinner in advance for both nights we stayed, and the stir-fried dishes were very flavorful and suited our tastes perfectly."
