"Service: The guy who helped with luggage couldn't find his room himself and needed navigation. The front desk told guests to scan a QR code to get to their rooms. For dining, I saw a recommendation for Restaurant A and left a phone number, but when I called to make a reservation, they told me to call Restaurant B myself, which wasn't affiliated with theirs. Cleanliness: The welcome fruit in the room wasn't washed properly and had a layer of mud. I found a cockroach in the sheets. Facilities: The hotel's photoshoot service was outrageously overpriced, with no service whatsoever. The optional photoshoot was priced three times higher than the local market rate, and there was absolutely no service. I had to get my own clothes and change, and there was no makeup service. It was truly unbelievable. In summary, this place is just a collection of shops owned by multiple people, each doing their own thing. It completely lacks the management of a branded hotel or guesthouse. No matter how beautiful the environment, it's a disappointing experience."
