Orient palace hotel is one of the best hotels . It is very big and it has a unique furniture . I loved the view .the beach and the swimming pool , also night games with kids and adults were really fun and we enjoyed it , the serveses were good, the workers were nice and treated us kindly .

the hotel was good, well the pool was great and clean but the beach was fool of seaweed so we couldn't swim the food was acceptable and the rooms were ok , I liked the animation in the night it was adorable and the people who worked there were super helpful it was not a bad experience a I past a good days

The hotel is very good .also pepoel.there is too many games they treat as so good .I would like if I stay here forever. Even they stop smiling to any one.the food is great .they Java a large menu with every food you like .you can ask them for every thing I just made a lot of fun

How should I start ? I think the first thing to be mentioned clearly is the poor hygiene of the hotel… From the atrocious smell of the hallways to the dirtiest carpet that hasn’t been cleaned in years, to my very hotel room who hasn’t been cleaned properly ( seeing dirt and other people’s hair in the room) , the sheets not even clean and have cigarette burns all over them !! … You go downstairs to have dinner , the elevator takes a long time to arrive, the dinner itself was so low quality and cheap, not a lot of options, you drink water in plastic cups , they ask you to throw your handbag away somewhere else (where’s the safety?) , in the last day we drove away to have breakfast outside of the hotel… The reception was smelly and they couldn’t bother to turn on the Ac while it was 40 degrees outside , the staff were very rude (except for the receptionist) … you pay a lot of money for a cheap rotten hotel… we had to cancel and go somewhere else !

The hotel was incredible, the beach is clean the activities that the staff propose are so fun and are adapted to all ages from the aqua gym water polo the dances and the mini disco in the evening The animation staffs gave us the best experience honestly they are always present and are ready to help in we spend the best week with us and I wish we could come again next summer

I recently stayed at Hotel Lorient Palace and want to thank Madame Sawsen and Madame Souad, the reception chief, for their exceptional service. Madame Sawsen's warm welcome and attentive care made me feel at home, while Madame Souad's efficient management ensured a seamless stay. Their professionalism and kindness truly enhanced my experience. Highly recommend Hotel Lorient Palace for its outstanding hospitality.
