The location is convenient, close to the South Bank Park. Fully equipped, it can be fully equipped for washing and drying. Wifi is very good, unlimited use. The shortcoming is that the apartment is located at the intersection, the glass is a single floor, noisy
To be honest, I'm not sure how Opera Apartments South Bank has such a high rating. Here's a breakdown of the good and bad. Good: o Fully equipped kitchen o Balcony with outdoor table and chairs o WiFi is good at >50/50 Mbps. o The rooftop pool and BBQ areas are nice. The pool is a great place from which to watch the sunset. o Fantastic location. Very convenient for attending conferences at the exhibition centre. Bad: o Cockroaches in our bathroom and kitchen! Once it was dark, cockroaches came out in our bathroom and kitchen. On the first night, we killed four in the bathroom and two in the kitchen. o The front door has no signage to indicate where to enter Opera apartments. The door to enter the building does not automatically open and often the reception is unattended. So you have to use the keypad at the door to even gain entry to the building. We saw lots of new arrivals who were left very confused by the system. o We arrived at 12:30 pm and checked in, but as check-in time is not until 2 pm we dropped our luggage and then went off to grab lunch and coffee. We returned at 2 pm but were advised that our room still wasn't ready. We were told the room would be ready at 2:40 pm. Since we had already had lunch, we had nothing to do but sit around in the reception area until our room was ready. At 2:47 pm we were advised that the room would be ready in 10 mins. The room was then ready at 2:57 pm. When we entered the room it had a chemical smell and the kitchen floor was still wet after cleaning. o The walls were covered in dust. Additionally, all the air conditioning vents were caked with dust. There was an insane amount of dust behind the bed. As someone with allergies, we had to be very careful not to disturb the dust otherwise I would have been sneezing the whole time. o No tissues were provided. o No towels were provided for the pool. o The hallway had an unpleasant smell. Then the room also smelt but it was a completely different unpleasant smell. o The tv was fairly small. Only about 40”. o We were on level 3 and we couldn't have our balcony door open as there was a loud noise from air conditioning units under us and the building next door. With the door closed though the noise of the air-conditioning units outside wasn't an issue (but then you're trapped with the smell!) Overall, I do not recommend Opera Apartments South Bank. Complete waste of money. Still traumatised from all the cockroaches coming out during the night and the smell in the apartment.

Serviced apartment, you can cook your own breakfast, the set is 2 rooms, 1 living room, 2 sanitation can sleep 4 people, the location does not say, in the South Bank (attractions) is very convenient, there is parking! The only regret is that the dryer in our room is broken, everything else is good! Every time I come to Bucun, I look for an apartment. It feels like home and convenient.
Hotel location is good, the room is okay, there are many cabinets, kitchen facilities are complete, but there are many bugs in the room, the door lock of the balcony is bad, the ironing board is dirty.
I have been staying here for years. I love the location, very easy walk to Southbank and the city. I think over the years I've stayed in every room and apartment. This time it really showed how tired the rooms are. Free parking is great. Free wifi is unreliable depending on which room you stay in. The staff used to be always lovely and welcoming, now the self check in and check out is cold and unfriendly. I would recommend West End Central Apartments for it's fabulous location but don't get excited about the rooms
Stayed in a room for 3 adults was 3 single beds which could be reconfigured accordingly. Room had a small dining table & chairs, microwave, kettle, toaster, glasses, cups. Small balcony with a 2 chair table. We were on 6 floor & had city views including story bridge. Rooms are very clean & pressure in shower fantastic while only hall cubicle. Due to show running late & traffic we had to check in after reception had closed but this wasn’t an issue at all
Wow just wow . Spectacular views. After reading reviews we were not sure what to expect from accomodation but what a pleasant surprise. Studio room bed facing balcony .could not close blinds to that view. Amazing. Lovely small kitchen space dishwasher ,fridge, micro and cook plate. Nice modern shower room . Clean cheery above what we expected. Walk outside and so close to eateries pubs etc . Could not have picked a better spot .only one thing could improve it ” a little coffee pod machine ”love this place.

South Bank Parklands
RRita MashiroIt is a very nice place to chill around, especially on the weekend. There are also restaurants by the river where you could grab a drink and enjoy your day.
The Wheel of Brisbane.
多多多We had a great experience here through historical evaluation information of the major landmarks around Brisbane. The view was very interesting. No need to worry about air conditioning, very comfortable on a sunny day. It was a great experience.
Queensland Museum
Ppxy0705The Queensland Museum in Brisbane is the largest natural museum here. It houses many cultural relics related to Queensland's nature, history, and humanities. Among them are many paleontological fossils, reflecting the biodiversity here in ancient times. It is definitely worth a visit for archaeology enthusiasts.
South Bank Market
多多多A variety of vendors allow for interesting browsing. There are some very unique Christmas presents to bring back to Canada. Walking along Kangaroo Corner for a long time, then having breakfast on the South Bank where we read the newspaper ... Market decoration is great.
State Library of Queensland
空空谷幽兰摄影There are many places in Brisbane city centre that are tempted to go and it is very convenient to take the bus, so I will come here to find places that must be punched in whenever I have time, and I will not miss one. Queensland State Library is a must-see place, located in the Queensland Library in the cultural district of Brisbane City Centre, Australia, on the south bank of the Brisbane River. In fact, I have walked a few times from the front of this building and I didn't expect it to be a library on the outside. Later, I asked people: The 1-3 floor of this building is the library. Sure enough, the museum is spacious, bright and quiet. You can enter directly without any formalities. The three-story layout has its own characteristics, and the space is varied and suitable for learning, reading, and Internet access. It has a strong practicality and artistic nature. Queensland State Library is refreshing in its style and loves the quiet place.
Gallery of Modern Art
BBbybellsLots of beautiful art work at the moment - the whole building is spread out oddly so it’s easy to get lost
Queensland Performing Arts Centre
TTodemmyAttend the 2019 'Spirit Of Christmas' show and was very impressed by the level of service from all staff. From the lady who met us outside and directed us where to go, to the person operating the elevator and providing directions and information, the usher who was friendly and chatty and the comfortable seats. The barman could have smiled but he was efficient. Overall an excellent experience. Oh, and the show was brilliant. Uplifting and professional.
Mirimar Cruises
MM30***41This is a great way to see the Brisbane River and enjoy a leisurely ride to Lone Pine Sanctuary. The staff are friendly and efficient. There is a small bar on board where you can get some tasty snacks, my husband loved the sausage rolls. On the journey there you get commentary and on the way home easy listening music. So if you are not in a hurry enjoy the excursion.
