COLA GOA BEACH RESORT

We booked beach front honeymoon suite. Very pleasant stay and the staff are very responsive. Maintenance is very good and the food is excellent. Absolutely worth it for the price. I highly recommend for couples.

I believe, Cola Goa Beach Resort, is like a diamond 💎 in a ring 💍. What an spectacular view and location! My room was a beachfront ⛱️ & Just 30Meters away from the beach, the beach will Robe your Heart. Excellent Service by Mr. Sai. Special thanks to Ramesh, who took care of everything, we needed, on spot. Special mention to the kitchen staff, who were excellent in preparing delicious cuisine and served in a very right proportion. Daily 2 water bottles have been given in room + 1 water bottle in lunch + dinner . You will find peace, undoubtedly. Special thanks to Mr. Jayesh, arranged by mr Sai, for rental bikes and taxi services, although you will find the rates bit higher than prevalent. Now I should also hint towards Cons: 1. Very tedious way to reach resort, although they have a pvt car to pick and drop , but it's limited, even after that you need to walk 500 to 600 mtrs to reach the property and they should work on it, ASAP. 2. They should have given cold towel wipes to the guests. 3. AC were not working properly initially for 2 hrs, when we checked in, although later on, it was resolved, due to voltage trouble. 4. There is no mini fridge placed in the room, as the prices for rooms are expensive. 5. No TV for entertainment 6. No in house, evening entertainment been organised, which I feel, they should. 7. No souvenir ☹️ and complimentary drinks.

There's no possibility of reaching the place. Dirt potholes for 2 kms and 60 steps down to go to the place.

Worst stay except location remaining things are waste of money mainly food was worst we have to work hard reach hotel from main road very scary road no help from manager even upon expressed our fear with kids made us to walk in dark light with out any street light didn’t helped even upon requested ( hotel was having 4x4 vehicle but even upon requested manager he didn’t provided it at nyt 9am walked in forest mud road down hill with 2 four year kids in full red mud soil very very disappointed

I’m forced to write my 1st ever review because the experience at this resort was a nightmare. There were a lot of things that were wrong and not worth spending.There’s a 1. 5 km of mud road that our car can go and then another 1 km where our cars cannot go as the road is terrible. They have a pickup vehicle but not provided for us even upon request we have to walk down to the resort in pinch dark nyt 8pm. This was not what we expected especially when we have 2 childern (4 years each. When we asked the manager about this, he said they have it which was a complete lie. Thank you for that tip! now, midst of all this, the manager, one mr. was around and heard the commotion. Instead of apologizing for all the hassle and the bad service, he got very angry with us. This was very humiliating because we spent the money to stay there but instead were threatened that he’ll call local ppl. He simply does not understand the basics of hospitality and hotel management, when the only thing he wants is to earn money in every way possible completely ignoring customer service. We fail to understand his arrogance. When we paid this amount for two night, the rooms are expected to be good but no. The jacuzzi was not kept clean and ready even after they knew they had a booking. They cleaned 5 hours after we checked-in and still the water ran dirty. This is the level of experience they give. Every single thing was a hassle and not maintained well at all. No hot water, food was not provided as mentioned while booking please do not go there, i’m pretty sure there are other places that are way better than this one.

Great location, food, and the staff! bad rooms with frequent power cuts, no proper back-up, and limited options for activities. Plus one for being the private secluded beach. If you're from andhra or nearby places are a must visit since the mgmt prefers and priorities native from that region.

Room is good but service is very very slow and hot water is not available food is not tasty jaccuzi not clean and water flow is very slow food cost very high and quality is very small

Cola goa stay was not at all good….we paid for the sea view room with all complimentary meals. But room was made in between other rooms no privacy as for villa. Meals were just thali served in the room with limited menu only dinner was only biryani And hydrospa which i thought will be a very good experience but was not working.we spend so much time working on that but ni use. All the technical things in room and washroom were not working. They need to maintain their property well. No thanks
