It was such a wonderful experience at the resort for the last 3 days of our annual meet, and lot of memories of the same will be carried for a very long time. Beautiful location, great surrounding, clean and very friendly staff. Everything about the Hotel was exceptional, well equipped rooms, excellent area for party, very tasty food ,flawless check in, top class house keeping and F&B services at the very best. The hotel is very old, which gives it some old school charm. There were lots of families and travellers staying on the resort. The room was clean, neat and comfortable. The pool was great for an afternoon swim. Fresh clean towels and bedding daily. Staff is most helpful. There is no restaurant onsite - but food deliveries are easy. Taxi & scooter hire was available. Central and easy to get around. Beaches are close nearby.

We spent the most amazing 5 days here. Booked partial sea view rooms. Pros: 1. Rooms were new construction. Room was sealed so there were no bugs / mosquitoes . Bed was soft and very comfortable, washroom was clean. We have been staying in beach huts at Palolem since 2015 and this was the best stay experience. 2. They had power back up. 3. Check in was smooth and quick. 4. We had food and drinks at their restaurant almost everyday and everything that we had was great. Cons: 1. Service was a little slow sometimes. Overall we had a great stay and were sad to leave. The place has a chilled out and happy vibe. The staff is very polite and friendly. Special thanks to Loki for the amazing cocktails and to Suvee who always served us with a smile and became friends with our 4 year old son. We will be back soon and will definitely stay here again.

Also loved the fact that inspite of being a small resort they had lovely food options and everything was cooked to perfection. Rooms were not too small, big bathrooms and super clean. But the best part was the service. Akshay , Max , Ganraj , Kaushal. Never ever made us feel we were in a hotel property. Would fulfill every small wish , joke with us and laugh with us , and help us arrange things like bikes and cabs. Definitely recommended.

There were issues at check-in with payment from Trip.com and our rooms were in separate areas despite us requesting rooms in the same building. We stayed at Sea shades for 6 days and our stay was absolutely amazing. The staff was the best of the best. So kind and caring. Always with a smile on their face. Our flight was late and they allowed us to check in at 2 am , arranged a driver for us, arranged a bike for us whenever we asked. Their breakfast is delicious and the resort is in the heart of palolem , just 1 min walk to the beach and shacks. Suchitra from the front desk was a sweetheart , she suggested us the best places to tour around like cola Beach, bat island.  All the attractions are only around 20-30 mins around the property. This place was the medicine I needed after a hectic pace of being on tour in N India. It’s across the street from the beach. Less than 5 minute walk. It’s under new owners and they have done a wonderful job, making it a happy and beautiful place to stay. My room was large with a comfortable bed and had a beautiful little balcony that looked out onto peaceful palm trees. There is a swimming pool, which is awesome when the beach gets too hot. It is surrounded by lush gardens and beautiful greenery. I ate breakfast every day in their little restaurant, and the food and service was top-notch. 😁
