Booked here get cheaper price. Nice hotel, good vibes, clean & good services. Grand deluxe room was spacious & comfort. It's need little more air circulation to keep fresh in side non AC room. Overall, recomended & great rating hotel.

Great place for holidays with family. The hotel has a beautiful view, clean, quiet, flan court, swimming pool and play ground. The staff is friendly. We stayed in the bungalow which has 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms. But unfortunately the sink for washing dishes leaked so several times my husband fixed it. Overall we like to stay here. Recommended hotel for holidays with family

legendary hotel, maintains its heritage, we tried room 308, the view is valley and mountain, soothing to the eyes. while drinking tea and coffee sitting on the terrace feeling the cool, cold air and fog while watching the fog move in the air. Unfortunately, access to traffic is very jammed, this sometimes makes it lazy to go to the top.

The housekeeping didn’t change the floor matt towel, the toilet smells from day 1 , I think the smell comes from the pipe pr something.. on the last day at the breakfast restaurant I fell down because the floor was slippery …Overall I did not enjoy my stay in Grand Aston hotel Puncak… Dissapointed

Please bear me with detailed review and our experience First thing first --＞ The restaurant staff has ZERO knowledge of what are the ingredients of the dishes and neither they display it correctly ... My father & mother has been living in Indonesia for last 25 years and we never had such an experience where after confirming with Restaurant Manager/Staff that there is NO BEEF/PORK in the nasi goreng , we served in our plates and after having couple of spoons of Nasi Goreng , we were shocked to see BEEF pieces in Nasi Goreng. This has seriously hurt our religious beliefs and the response we got was IGNORING Sorry :( Second --＞ The rooms must have definitely seen beautiful days but not anymore. - There is strong smell coming from bathroom and we have even got our room changed but no luck. - The dustbin has no covers. - The bedsheets and pillow covers had stains all over. - There is no fan so after they make up the room the floor will be slippery for a long time and my 2.9 year old kid fell down as well luckily not hurt. Third --＞ Our room was not made up on the 2nd day and after we complained to reception, they housekeeping staff did make our room. The positives on other side is - - Location - Location And Location You also get an discount to Taman Safari if you stay in this resort. I very well understand that this is not a star hotel/resort but I was expecting a good and sincere service. But this resort service didnt meet my expectations. Happy Travelling

Clean and comfortable, the lack is that there is no restaurant so you can't order food

We (I, my wife, and my two kids) went to Puncak last weekend because my wife had to organize a birthday party at a nearby villa, and we had to stay overnight. Actually, we stayed at another hotel on the night of the event, and it was billed to the event organizer's account. Reluctant to return to the city on Sunday as usually the road will be jam-packed with traveller's cars wrapping up their weekend getaway, we decided to spend another night at the area. As we have to pay from our own pocket this time, I was looking for a more affordable alternative and found this place. Through Tripadvisor, I got the lowest rate for this property. And with that rate, for me, this hotel is the most bang-for-the-buck. Why? Let me tell you so. Ariandri hotel is located in Tugu area (upper Cisarua), so the temperature is cooler than other hotels in lower altitude area. The super-deluxe type of room that we stayed in, is completed with a fridge, tea/coffee maker, large bed, hot shower, and air conditioner. An extra bed is really affordable, and a range of room service is available at a low price. The view is overlooking the same scenery as that of the other expensive 4-star rated hotel nearby. However, don't expect too much from hotels in the Puncak area. Wifi is almost non-existent. TV reception is poor. The swimming pool is small. The restaurant is under renovation at the time of our visit, so better service and better building are supposedly on their way. The phone line was troubled, but they were busy fixing it. To request for any service, guests are given a cell number for messaging through Whatsapp. Breakfasts were served ala carte and delivered to the room, and choices of fried rice or fried mee hoon are on offer. It comes with slices of fruit, hot tea, and a glass of fresh juice. All staffs are helpful and performed very well. For the price I paid, I don't think I can complain, and I'm very satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

We’re staying in Hobbit 33. The room has 1 king size bed and bunk bed, even after all that the room still have a spacious living area. The bed was very very comfortable however the pillow is too firm for me. Inside the room they have safety box, mini fridge, hair dryer, smart TV, separate bath tub and rain shower. The room ceiling is very unique, try to turn off all other the lights in the room except the lights inside ceiling decorations and you’ll see the night sky filled with stars. ;) They also have a balcony, our room was facing to the playground. And around 60meters from waterpark. Breakfast is packed around 7-8am..if u go after 8am it was less packed with sufficient food supply.

This is not the first time we stay in this hotel and we always loves to stay in Pesona Alam. The room is okay (a bit small) and I personally think that they need to do some minor renovation to the room. The breakfast is great (lots of variety which we love). However, the check out time took forever. The staff were very slow. They charged 300 thousand rupiah for teh deposit and when they returned the money the staff said that they don't have small changes of 20 thousand. And it also happens to the person before me (and maybe after me as well). Suggestion to the hotel: prepare small changes if you charge deposit! We stayed in Pesona Alam but we visited the newer hotel next to it (Botanica Sanctuary). We tried their afternoon tea and we love it! View wise, Personal Alam has better mountain view. Overall, we enjoy our stay here.
