Absolute Perfection at Summer Duplex - A Private Hot Spring Paradise! My stay at the Summer Duplex villa was nothing short of exceptional, earning a resounding 5 stars! This stunning two-floor villa offered the perfect blend of luxury, space, and privacy. Upstairs, a comfortable bedroom provided restful sleep, while downstairs featured a spacious dining area and sitting room. Stepping outside to my private outdoor hot spring pool** was pure bliss – the cornerstone of the relaxing atmosphere. The villa itself was immaculately clean and incredibly spacious. The thoughtful welcome fruits and snacks were a lovely, warm touch upon arrival. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the outstanding service. The reception staff were consistently extremely helpful and polite. A special mention must go to Ms.廖思雅 , whose patience and prompt assistance whenever requested were truly impressive. The private hot spring itself was **excellent** – clean, perfectly maintained, and stocked with plentiful towels and bathrobes. I loved the privacy and tranquility it offered. A fantastic added luxury was the ability to arrange in-room body massage through reception, with only a very reasonable 16% surcharge. It was so relaxing I drifted straight to sleep afterwards – absolute heaven! The location is incredibly convenient. The adjacent public hot spring park is perfect for families or larger groups wanting more variety. Numerous coffee shops and restaurants are within easy reach. Crucially, being only around 20 minutes drive from Chongqingxei High-Speed Train Station makes this an ideal, relaxing stopover before diving into the bustle of the city. Highly, highly recommend!Whether for a romantic getaway, a tranquil solo retreat, or a family stopover, Summer Duplex delivers an unforgettable, serene, and luxurious hot spring experience with top-notch service. I will absolutely be returning!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly attentive, making us feel truly welcomed. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. One of the highlights was the ”goodnight soup” served in the evening, accompanied by live music—it created such a warm and relaxing atmosphere. During our stay, we tried both the Courtyard Room and the Deer Suite, and they were absolutely lovely! We also participated in the free Hanfu photography session, which was an average experience. The team didn’t seem particularly interested in promoting their photography packages. The free package only includes a fixed set of dresses, and the selection is rather limited. If you’d like to wear more authentic and premium Hanfu outfits, you’ll need to purchase their package.

My stay at Jinke was absolutely wonderful, made extra special by the outstanding service from Kathy at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with genuine warmth and took care of every detail to ensure a seamless experience. The room was spotless and comfortable, with a cozy bed, high-quality linens, and a modern bathroom stocked with premium toiletries. Housekeeping did a fantastic job maintaining the room’s cleanliness throughout my stay. What really impressed me was Kathy’s thoughtfulness. When I mentioned I preferred ordering takeout, she not only provided recommendations for the best local delivery options but also offered to have the food brought directly to my room. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. The hotel’s breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of fresh choices, and the location was ideal—close to everything yet peaceful at night. The fitness center and pool were clean and well-maintained. Thanks to Kathy and the entire team, my stay was flawless. Jinke truly knows how to make guests feel valued, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

I had heard that Regent Chongqing was renowned for its exceptional service even before checking in, and my stay certainly confirmed it. The meticulous service and attention to detail truly made me feel at home, with a strong sense of personalized care. For instance, the butler cabinet in the room was a delightful surprise, incredibly convenient and elegant. What's more, the hotel thoughtfully offers complimentary laundry service for three items per person, which is a wonderful touch compared to the paid laundry services at other luxury hotels. As for the public areas, the 'Two Rivers Bar' boasts an elegant and grand design with fantastic views that are far from tacky, and the live music was excellent. For evening baths, you can choose from various options, and the rose petal bath was incredibly romantic, providing a perfect way to relax after a tiring day. There were also numerous other thoughtful details, such as face masks, postcards, a pillow menu, and a complimentary mini-bar, all incredibly well-designed. There was a minor hiccup during my stay; although the hotel doesn't offer a full view of Hongyadong, the front desk attendant tried her best to move me to a room with a slightly better view. Additionally, the automatic flush on the electric toilet wasn't always working, and the light switches were occasionally unresponsive, requiring multiple presses. However, considering this hotel has been open for nearly ten years, I didn't bother the front desk with these small imperfections, as they are understandable, haha. All in all, Regent Chongqing is indeed the best and most service-oriented hotel in Chongqing, truly in a league of its own! I highly recommend staying here! I look forward to my next visit!

Lokalizacja była genialna! Lobby hotelowe znajduje się na 21. piętrze. Zjeżdżając windą na 1. piętro, po prawej stronie jest Hongyadong. Wjeżdżając na 22. piętro (na 22. piętrze jest taras, z którego widać most Qiansimen i rzekę Jialing, więc moim zdaniem nie ma sensu martwić się o pokój z widokiem na rzekę), wychodzisz na taras, a stamtąd do Kuixinglou. Kolejne pięć minut spaceru i jesteś prawie na Jiefangbei. Obsługa w recepcji była świetna, odpowiadali na każde zapytanie przez WeChat, a skanując kod QR w pokoju, robot dostarczał rzeczy (woda mineralna, obcinacz do paznokci – wszystko było). Mieszkałem w pokoju rodzinnym, a jego wadą było to, że był dość głośny, a dostawcy jedzenia z zewnątrz hotelu mogli wejść prosto pod drzwi twojego pokoju – w jednym budynku jest wiele hoteli. Klimatyzacja nie działała najlepiej, w środku nocy zrobiło się bardzo zimno i nie włączyła się ponownie. Ogólnie jednak stosunek jakości do ceny był dobry. Śniadanie też było smaczne.

Staying at Bolian Resort truly felt luxurious. This was my first time experiencing a high end resort in China, and I chose Bolian over other options in the area, including Banyan Tree Hot Springs, with very high expectations. While it is not perfect, I’m glad to say that it does meet the standards of a luxury resort. The level of service and attention to detail, even with the language barrier, was comparable to what I’ve experienced at other top tier hotels like Park Hyatt. First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the staff for fulfilling my personal request to have berries and chocolate prepared in my room. What really touched me was the towel art and flower petal decorations on the bed, thoughtfully arranged to mark a very personal occasion, which was celebrating my mental health recovery. Seeing the Mandarin character for “happy” placed on the bed felt very endearing. It was a small gesture, but one that felt genuinely kind and thoughtful. Other aspects of the service were just as impressive. While I was away enjoying the Bolian hot spring spa, the staff prepared my room for the evening by lighting all the mini candles, mopping the floor, and creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere for my return. That level of attention to detail really stood out. That said, I did notice a small oversight. The tea filter I had used for my pu’er tea was still left in the sink, which suggested that housekeeping may have been rushing, possibly knowing I would be returning sooner than expected. It was minor, but noticeable in an otherwise polished experience. The hot spring amenities, both in the room and around the resort, were amazing. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. I also appreciated how attentive the staff were at night, especially when guests were walking along the hot spring paths in the dark. The unexpected room upgrade was a lovely surprise as well, so thank you for that. Overall, I had a very pleasant and restorative stay. However, one thing that really affected my experience was the breakfast. The breakfast was honestly disappointing for a resort of this standard. The options were limited, the presentation was not great, and the overall quality fell short of expectations. I have uploaded photos with this review in the hope that management can improve this area. To be frank, breakfast took away from what was otherwise a wonderful stay. Being served ONE CHICKEN FOOT as part of the spread was highly amusing, but not in a good way. I have had much better Chongqing noodles and dim sum at local eateries for a fraction of the price. For a meal priced at around 200 yuan, it felt hard to justify......This is where people often say not to eat at five star hotels because the better food is usually found on the streets. It was disappointing that Bolian’s breakfast ended up reinforcing this stereotype... In summary, Bolian Resort shines when it comes to service, atmosphere, attentiveness, and hot spring facilities. With a serious improvement to the breakfast, it could easily become a truly excellent luxury experience.

The hotel service is excellent. Our family came from Hong Kong and couldn't find our way. The hotel added us on wechat and sent us the location. The service was very good. There is also a laundry room on the tenth floor. The surrounding environment and security of the hotel are both very good! Next time I have the chance to come back to Chongqing, I will stay here again. The Chongqing Grand Hall is very magnificent! Chongqing is worth visiting!

Pokój jest dość przestronny i spokojnie wystarczy dla 4 osób. Z pokoju roztacza się piękny widok na rzekę Jialing oraz na statki wycieczkowe wypływające z przystani Hongyadong. Jedynym mankamentem jest brak miejsca w łazience na czyste ubrania i ręczniki. Wieczorem w restauracji dostępne były bezpłatne owsianki i desery. Wziąłem dla syna deser bingfen, który bardzo mu smakował. Co najważniejsze, lokalizacja jest super dogodna! Wieczorem, wychodząc z poziomu 1 (dolne wyjście), można od razu udać się do Hongyadong, aby podziwiać iluminacje. Rano natomiast, z poziomu 22 (górne wyjście), można iść prosto na spacer po Jiefangbei. W okolicy wyjścia z 22. piętra (przy szpitalu Kuixinglou) jest też mnóstwo straganów ze śniadaniami. Tuż obok tych straganów znajduje się wejście do podziemnego przejścia, które prowadzi bezpośrednio do linii metra nr 2. Latem to najlepsze rozwiązanie, żeby uniknąć upału!

Absolutely LOVED this hotel ! The lobby lounge on the 51st floor and the executive lounge on the 52nd had stunning views of Chongqing . The liberation square is hardly a 5 minute walk away and it is a lovely place to walk around during the day . At night also there were many food hawker stalls in an area about 2-3 mins walk away . If I go back to Chongqing ,I'm staying at the Westin again !!

Hi, globally the staying was quiet. Clean room. Good location close to métro station However, the service is not very satisfying. The staff at the lobby know how to provide proper service to native chinese speakers. However, when it's about non chinese speakers, they don't feel confident or they lack the English skills to provide a satisfying quality of service. I did not appreciate how they all looked so unavailable to ensure my needs were being satisfied properly. It was the case when I asked questions about : - Wi-Fi password (no instructions written provided in English and not making sure I was able to connect before they cut the line). It asked twice to lobby and then to a staff in the Corridor. They did not show me on smartphone how to connect to wifi. - laundry service. Instructions on Washing machine are confusing. Nothing indicates its automatic and should be used without touching setting buttons ir where to put clean liquid and where to put the softener liquid. Also nothing says about the time where an employee working at laundry would he available. If your staff gets too Manu questions from customers, have 1 staff member only for FAQ. The lobby staff of check in check out should je focused on the customer in front not all customers from every where. It feels like a restaurant so far the way your staff interact. ----- Now, another thing about the hôtel. When I checked in the bedroom. The Window was open. It clearly says the Windows should be closed to prevent mosquitoes getting inside the bedroom. I suppose the staff in charge of cleaning left it open. Anyway, there was a few of flyers in the bedroom. About the elevator number, the staff was telling me to take elevator number 3 to Access my bedroom. However, the number of elevator is written in chinese and not in digital number or English. This lack of English version make it confusing for non chinese speakers. I met a few foreigners who were lost, confused just like me. Finally there was an elevator in the middle where customers could call and access but it was under construction. Not safe, not professionnal at all. Please ban this use of elevator. Make it clear for every one. Last thing, if your hôtel is only for chinese speakers make it clear. The trip application says your staff can speak multiple languages which is absolutely note the case. Also the sockets provided in bedroom don't have any international sockets so i could not use my charger without adapter to use my laptop. Kind regards
