The staff was kind and friendly and upgraded our room to a more spacious one. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was tasty. Room was clean with a great view from the 41st floor and WiFi has international access along with the TV, greatly appreciated!”

Although the outdoor lawn is for viewing only and not for recreation, it's a very pleasant spot to relax and chat. The staff at Le Bar were gentle, attentive, and responded promptly, treating guests with humility and politeness. The concierge and front desk team were professional and efficient, handling check-ins, luggage storage, and route inquiries with patience and meticulousness, always proactively helping to coordinate any requests. I also managed to experience the hotel's SPA; the environment was quiet and elegant, and the therapist's techniques were professional and soothing, relieving days of fatigue. The experience was excellent. I'd particularly like to commend Nicole from Guest Relations in the lobby. She was attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay, proactively introducing the hotel's amenities and kindly recommending areas suitable for family relaxation. Her communication was both gentle and professional. Our room was clean and tidy, and the swimming pool, fitness center, and other facilities were all excellent. From the hardware facilities to the service from every staff member, everything was impeccable. It's a perfect choice for families traveling together. Our stay this time was a perfect 10, and it's definitely worth revisiting.”

„出乎意料的好。備註了安靜，辦理入住的時候就幫我安排好了在一起的房間，酒店是提前根據我訂單要求安排的，非常快捷。一進房間，就覺得非常乾淨温馨，特別是浴室，每樣都非常乾淨，沒有一點衞生死角，毛巾雖然是舊的，但是非常非常鬆軟，沒有發硬。床鋪的床單枕頭都很舒服，很乾凈。用攜程會員，延遲退房可以到下午16點！！簡直是YYDS啊！以後住酒店，我就鎖定恆威了。雖然夜間隔音效果不是很好，隔壁按燈都聽得到。但是在它的優點面前，這點缺點真是沒有關係了！”

„Really enjoyed my stay here! All the the front desk staff I met there, were very friendly and helpful (eg, 002 …), which made a great first impression. The room was clean and comfy, and the breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices. I’ll happily stay again!”

„The location is convenient, but there are not enough waiters in the breakfast restaurant. They are not familiar with things and seem like new staff. When I went to get food, the food and coffee on the table had been taken away, which was unbelievable. The mattress was contaminated, and such bed sheets should not be used by the hotel any longer.”

„The hotel is ok. Breakfast is good full of options, as usual my personal preference : NO SUGAR content are very few. We have to judge the variety to all and not specifics, so it's ok, higher than average. Internet runs smoothly. My only negative point is the mattress, too hard for foreigners, although I already use to it, not meant I like it. My first impression of the room was: wow! Too dark. It has plenty of lights and it's not dark for work. So, it can't be considered negative point, it's just decor choices.”
