„Ładny przytulny hotel położony w Centralnej dzielnicy. Ze względu na deszcz nie mogliśmy wziąć mrt, ale można go łatwo dostać do pobliskich atrakcji za pomocą DIDI (w odległości 3 do 4 km). Xiao Hai jest bardzo przyjazny i dbał o nas przez 3 dni, kiedy jedziemy na śniadanie. Prosimy o przeniesienie się do większego pokoju, aby dodać jeszcze jedno łóżko dla mojego starszego syna w ostatniej nocy i został on zajęty przez personel frontowy w odpowiednim czasie i gładko. W ostatni dzień zabieraliśmy DIDi na dworzec kolejowy (z powodu liczby bagażów i dzieci, musimy podzielić się na dwa samochody, to jest trochę kłopotliwe), czekając, z zaskoczenia, pan Zheng przy frontowym bramie zaproponował wysłać nas bezpośrednio na dworzec kolejowy. The location is very convenient - next to the train station. Coming from Shanghai for the weekend is very convenient!”

„Hotel położony jest bardzo blisko brzegów słynnego Jeziora Zachodniego. Dotrzesz do niego w mniej niż 8 minut spacerem od wejścia do recepcji hotelu. Jest cichy i w rzeczywistości jest częścią specjalnie wybudowanego osiedla mieszkaniowego dla lokalnych mieszkańców. Piękny, cichy i spokojny kompleks. Personel jest wydajny, uprzejmy i dobrze urządzony. Dostaliśmy wspaniały upgrade do apartamentu, którego się nie spodziewaliśmy. OGROMNY pokój z salonem i przestrzenią biurową. Świetne wyposażenie pokoju: czajnik DeLonghi, ekspres Nespresso, świetne kosmetyki L'Occitane i talerz świeżych owoców na powitanie. Łóżko było wygodne, a łazienka niesamowita. Byliśmy tam tylko jedną noc, ale na pewno wrócimy dla niej. Ja jednak prawdopodobnie odpuściłbym pakiet śniadaniowo-kolacyjny. Nie miał on tej samej jakości, co wrażenie, jakie chce dać hotel. Dla mnie smakował jak wstępnie przygotowane, a następnie odgrzane jedzenie. Było ładnie podane, ale brakowało mu odpowiedniej świeżości. Śniadanie ponownie dobrze podane, ale nie najwyższej jakości. Krótko mówiąc, świetna lokalizacja, świetny pokój, pakiet żywieniowy... Nic z tych rzeczy. Wróciłbym!”

GGośćFuchun mountain resort is strongly recommended for foreigners like our family. Peaceful Lake with awesome landscape made our family to feel refreshing. Chinese traditional style hotel room is quite cozy. Complementary service like taking a picture by photographer is to be made a reservation when check in, otherwise fully booked in case of weekend.

SStacey BongWe really enjoyed the hotel stay so much. Theres free pickup service from the high speed rail.The room is spacious and clean. The staff members here are also very helpful. Washing machines and dryers are available. Breakfast selection is great. Supper and afternoon tea were provided as well. Will definitely choose this hotel again the next time we come Hangzhou.

AAnonimowy użytkownikIt was overall an alright stay, don’t expect Japanese standards. Apparently they had a soft opening period and just opened on April 15. You can see that things aren’t running so smoothly yet, trip.com shows that spa needs to be booked a day in advance, but on WeChat they said no reservations required and we can use anytime. The second day we wanted to use the spa our second time, and was told by a staff we couldn’t use it again, which we were confused about. Later other staff said we could.
The spa itself had spectacular views, but the outdoor pool weirdly had half eaten and rotten apples floating around. After talking to the spa staff they said it was for aesthetic purposes and guests must have eaten them without knowing that. Worrying hygiene standards 😨 apart from that overall hygiene seems to be alright.
All rooms have our own private courtyard so there are two doors, the main wooden door and then the glass door to our actual room. The main wooden door broke down twice - we couldn’t lock it (more like they didn’t fix the problem fully the first time), which wasted our time as we had to sit around to watch the maintenance staff fixing our door.
Breakfast was okay but half the dishes were way too salty for my taste. Weird mix of “Western”, “Japanese” and Chinese dishes. Cheaper to buy on the spot (168 yuan as of today).
Service was not up to the standard of a hotel of this price point. The staff welcoming us seems like she was reading from a script, we couldn’t hear half the time even after asking her to enunciate clearer twice. Felt like they were here to monitor us more than take care of us. Instead of “how may I help you?”, they actually responded “what’s wrong?” on two separate occasions. I don’t think this is acceptable! Some staff also do not greet guests properly.

Mmc_queenI went to this hotel due to the hype if the Chinese drama and was also attracted by the extra perks they provide. I signed up for the complimentary photoshoot (1 outfit & 3 photos), you can top for makeup & additional photos. The makeup artist was skillful, the photographer was also professional and patient.
Overall hotel service was good, Chloe from the reception provider her WeChat for us to contact her if there's any issue. A wide variety of breakfast spreads, the decorations and plating makes the food look appealing.
The only downside is the location. As it is at the Xiang hu, it is far from the xihu and most tourist attraction spots. Travelling from the hotel to xi hu area can take up to almost 1hr during the peak hour.

LLai Yee ChanBardzo czysty, schludny i przestronny pokój z doskonałymi udogodnieniami. Pokój jest tak wygodny, że aż trudno w nim wytrzymać. Lokalizacja jest fantastyczna. Hotel jest połączony z centrum handlowym. Łatwo można zjeść posiłki, nawet jeśli nie chce się wychodzić z domu.
Śniadanie w hotelu było wyśmienite. Szeroki wybór potraw. Co najważniejsze, dania były świeżo przyrządzane i zawsze ciepłe, nawet jeśli przygotowywano je wcześniej. Smak również był pyszny.
Zdecydowanie tu wrócę.

DDavid PHBeautifully located hotel, with great views and access to Qiandaohu. Amazing service by Intercontinental Experience Ambassador Klein, who was able to help with any requests needed. Children loved the services available including electric cars, train, indoor play area.
The only area I would say needs some improvement is food choices for children. Very limited choices for what they could eat.

Jedna z pracownic recepcji, Jennifer, była bardzo pomocna i przyjazna, wręczając nam tort urodzinowy na tę wyjątkową okazję i pomagając nam w realizacji wszystkich naszych próśb. LLadybug1974Besides being at the prime location of the west lake next to the mall and red train shuttle, there’s nothing great with this Hyatt. It’s expensive compared to banyan tree that I stayed the next day. They booked my elderly parents with mobility issues in a room that is super far away from the elevator despite me putting it in my request during booking and when I checked in. They also don’t allow executive lounge customers to have breakfast downstairs which is unusual as Hilton, Marriott don’t have such restrictions. My lake view room is blocked by trees 🌲. Don’t waste your money here.
