„The home cinema room is just Incredible. The managers Michael speak petfect english and is such a nice man. He helped me for everything, my laundry, my Taxi (because I didn't have wechat pay) and was so kind. All the staff was very helpfull too and patient. The hotel seems very new, and the equipment is made of quality. My next trip to Hanzhou I will stay same hotel for sure. Unbeatable.”

„I had a great stay at the Sheraton in Huzhou, which sits right on the beautiful Taihu Lake. The hotel itself is a major attraction, and every room comes with amazing views and excellent facilities. The villas are especially impressive, each one has its own hot spring and a private swimming pool, which makes the experience even more relaxing. The hot spring area at the hotel is super comfortable, and the night light show is absolutely spectacular. Walking around the lake and around the hotel feels peaceful and enjoyable. A special thanks to Ms. Lucy Liu from the front office. She speaks good English and acted almost like a personal butler during my stay. She helped with everything, planning the hot spring visit, suggesting nearby boating options, and offering support whenever needed. Her kindness really made my stay even better. This hotel is great for solo travelers, couples, and families. Highly recommended!”

„I'm writing this review with mixed emotions. The hotel is fantastic but few things stand out in a less good way. The location is in the middle of nowhere surrounded by some old deserted house that probably will be demolished in the near future. The breakfast buffet has a huge selection of Western-style and local cuisines. But the Western is poorly made with no taste or flavors. Some of the food is presented and cooked like it was some small shop in a village. The first night we had dinner in the restaurant on the 21st floor and it was amazing. Great set menu with good variety and delicious dishes. The indoor pool is great and has modern facilities. However, I wish people would take a shower and wash before entering the pool. Very disturbing to see everyone just go straight to the pool. The architecture is amazing and rooms are nicely decorated and with modern technology.”

The drinking water provided in the room was Nongfu Spring. The hotel's supporting facilities were underdeveloped, offering limited recreational options. The room's internal facilities, whether it was the ventilation system or the air conditioning, produced extremely loud noise. The shower water temperature remained scalding hot even when adjusted to the lowest setting. The breakfast selection was limited, and the restaurant staff displayed poor attitude. On a positive note, the mattress was Simmons Beautyrest series with a pillow top, which was excellent.”

„🍓首先，感謝管家小桂！可能因為淡季，得知我是帶父母出行，直接給我升級了房型。 竹居私湯單卧雙床聯排➡️湖景泳池獨棟庭院三卧（可能是這個）。很大很驚喜，父母住的也開心。再次感謝！ 🍀房間設施：升級後的房型是兩大間房靠近湖的一間房是一大卧帶一衞。衞生間除了兩個洗手池獨立馬桶間淋浴間，還有浴缸，面積非常大。另一間是兩卧兩衞帶一個客廳，有麻將機。房間稍微小一些，其中小卧室的衞生間不帶淋浴，跟客廳也相通。還有個簡易廚房，有抽油煙機，廚房水池，小冰箱。如果是一大家子來玩，會住得很舒服。 🐠環境：坐落在月亮灣核心景區旁邊，挨着月亮酒店。房間的院子沿湖，還能看到温泉中心，風景秀美。三月上旬，初春時節還有點涼，所以院子泳池裡的水不能下去游泳衹能看看啦。 🌹私湯和温泉中心：住這家酒店必須去泡温泉呀！我們房間出去走路不到十分鐘。裏面 20 多個池子，不過有些水温有點低，我們就試了一些 39 ° 以上的温泉池，蠻好玩的。入住後直接去，淡季兩三點鐘客人也不多，體驗相當不錯。 院子裏的私湯也推薦嘗試！那天辦理了提前入住，一點鐘工作人員過來清理泳池加私湯池。大叔幹活很細緻，態度也很好，還按照我們的喜好調整了私湯池温度。交代了很多私湯池使用上的建議。 🍎早餐是在月亮酒店一樓吃的，除了八點去人有點多排了一下下隊，整體體驗還可以。”

„First, I checked the hotel's opening date (25 years ago), but the navigation couldn't find it. After calling, I was told it was a Hilton hotel, and then a shuttle bus took me to the Moon Bay Hotel – a completely different name from the one I booked! The room was indeed spacious, with its own private courtyard, but the facilities and decor were outdated, probably from over a decade ago! The pillows flattened as soon as I lay down, making it uncomfortable. The bed was incredibly old; it made noise and moved whenever I turned over. The mirror was damaged – the paint was peeling off, and it was completely overpriced. The only redeeming quality was the service; they were quick to respond to any needs. Also, there was a courtyard with a small hot spring pool, which was nice for kids. But 1300 RMB is definitely not worth it.”

Our stay at Naked Stables was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable for our whole family. We travelled as a family of six, including two elderly members and two kids, and the resort was perfect for all ages. There were plenty of engaging activities to keep everyone happy — from fishing, pottery, and crafts to outdoor experiences. The kids especially loved the horse riding and grooming sessions, which were thoughtfully organised and very safe. We stayed in a three-bedroom villa, which was luxurious, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Each bedroom having its own bathtub was such a treat. The villa was beautifully decorated, and we were deeply touched by the thoughtful surprise of decorations and cakes arranged for our son’s birthday — a gesture that made our stay extra special. Getting around the resort was effortless, as the buggy service promptly picked us up from the villa whenever we needed. We also loved having a lovely hiking trail right outside our villa, perfect for a peaceful morning. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the noodle station was a definite highlight for us. A special mention goes to Chuan Chuan the resident dog— friendly, gentle, and absolutely adored by our kids. Every detail reflected care and thoughtfulness, making our stay both relaxing and joyful. We left with beautiful memories and cannot wait to return to Naked Stables again. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, nature, and meaningful experiences.

I had a wonderful stay in Anji, and I’d like to give special thanks to Luna. She greeted me warmly every day and always responded to any request right away with great enthusiasm and care. What impressed me the most was her thoughtfulness—she would give advance reminders about weather changes or other details so I could be well prepared. Even after I checked out and returned home, she kindly sent me a short message to make sure I had arrived safely. That extra touch of warmth and attention truly made me feel cared for. Luna’s service was exceptional and made my experience both comfortable and memorable.

During my visit, I had the opportunity to experience the National Holiday and Asian Games. The hotel's location was absolutely ideal, especially given the ongoing excitement and energy associated with the games. In the evenings, there were numerous dining options to choose from, and the area was bustling with activity. The surroundings of the hotel were characterized by a spacious and open environment, with a running track located right in front of it. While the hotel may not have offered 5-star accommodations, it provided a pleasant and comfortable stay, which was perfectly suited to my needs. Sometimes, the location and the lively atmosphere surrounding it can outweigh the need for luxurious accommodations.

This is indeed a nice hotel with beautiful facilities, though there are things to improve , given the high price. Many comments mention that someone has added them on WeChat upon booking, communicating the details of the booking and reminding to make dinner reservations. Unfortunately , nobody has added me and I feel like we missed out many things because of that. For example, we didn’t know that every on-site activity is organized per certain hour , as we arrived around 3 pm we already missed most of them on that day. Also , because of the holiday, the famous castle Chinese restaurant was fully booked for dinner and the next day’s lunch so couldn’t appreciate it . We had to settle for a room service that had very limited options not to mention, was ridiculously overpriced . 300 yuan for three basic dishes like fried rice, stir-fried pork and pork ribs soup, small portions too. Pity. There was a buffet diner happening at another restaurant by the pool, but 460¥ per person seemed too expensive so we passed. Some other small things like broken locker in a changing room or plenty of leaves and trash from the trees in the pool that nobody bothered to clean - felt annoying, again, considering the price per night. I’d still recommend this hotel for visiting at least once in your life. Service is mostly very good, breakfast more than decent, the heated outdoor pool is lots of fun even with the dry leaves floating on it. They have a game room, “activity village” with many things happening all day round ( watch the time though ) , the room I booked was nothing special but had everything we needed. It’s convenient to move around the territory on a “buggy” , they are very efficient. Only if you have a choice , maybe don’t come here on a national holiday so overall experience would be better.

The experience at Junlan Lao Zhuang Shanju Resort Hotel was absolutely perfect! The thatched-roof room was amazing, with a serene environment, stunning mountain views, and truly being a secluded paradise far from the hustle and bustle. Special praise goes to the housekeeper, Xiao Lu, whose attentive and thoughtful service was evident throughout the stay. From check-in to check-out, everything was meticulously arranged, making the stay feel incredibly warm. The environment and service were both flawless, and I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful and high-quality vacation. I will definitely return! The various facilities and amenities that are set to open soon are also quite comprehensive, and I am looking forward to staying there again in the future.

An amazing place to stay. The cabin was gorgeous and meant we could really relax and soak up the mountain view. The service was impeccable and they really went out of their way to help us at every turn, including getting a taxi from Shanghai to Anji when our plans fell through. Would highly recommend staying here and enjoying the private hot springs. Will certainly be back!

We had an excellent stay. The owners are super friendly and helpful. They helped us with every issue or request we had. Regarding the room. We took the one with the bathtub on the top floor and it did not disappoint. The room is in an excellent state and there are many small features which make it even better. And finally the bathtub is just amazing😍 Location wise it's super close to 云上草原. You can either walk for about 25 min or take a car for 5 minutes. We can definitely recommend the room. It has just been fantastic and super relaxing!

Located in a very good location, the opposite side of the shopping center, surrounded by tons of restaurants. No one is speaking English here, but the staff are very helpful. The breakfast was ok. The only complaint is cleanliness, even though the hotel said it's a non-smoking hotel, but the local guests are smoking everywhere, in the hallway and even in the elevator, and no one is taking care of it.

到達長興和平鎮已經近晚上9點，這酒店頭一次來住，高速公路交流道下來2公里左右，相當便利 就是和平鎮晚上靜悄悄，晚上9點多要覓食，街上沒啥車，更別談人了 夜宵餐廳有開了幾家，但都沒有人，有點詭異….大概遊客都選擇長興住宿了…. 開元旗下酒店一般內部硬件都還不錯，酒店櫃枱妹妹笑容可掬… 進到房間發現房間相當大，鄉下就是有這好處，不像城市裡寸土寸金 硬件設施還不錯，都很新，應該開業沒2年吧… 性價比好高的酒店

The hotel area is amazing and peaceful. We didn’t expect it could be so lovely place to chill and enjoy time. The hotel is comfortable, clean and cozy. The stuff is very helpful and friendly. Lovely coffee places, nice gym and swimming pool areas. The Mountain Views are the best. We didn’t want to leave because it was not enough and we know we will come again for sure. High recommended place to stay.
