Our stay at the Silk Commerce Clubhouse in Wuzhen wasn’t just a hotel visit; it was an experience of sublime harmony. Splendid Clubhouse is rated the topmost scenic hotel in Wuzhen, and guests are allocated a butler to assist on arrival at the ancient water town's tourist centre. Our butler was JiaJia, a very attentive lady who got in touch with us on WeChat even before our arrival. She coordinated with our precious hotel to ensure we wouldn't get lost after reaching Wuzhen's tourist entrance. We were brought to our hotel on a traditional river boat. Along the way we had our breath taken away by awesome views we could only once imagine. The hotel occupies a building that was once home to a wealthy shipbuilder. His main hall is conserved as a showcase and photo site for hotel guests. There are quiet and shaded courtyards on hotel grounds for tea, rest, and reflection. I packed my family into a 2-bedroom unit that overlooks a public garden. I was told that this garden is covered in flowers in spring and summer. It is barren now in winter, but still pretty to me. We got to pre-order breakfast in the hotel, as well as a room fragrance (I picked rose!). Location is splendid. Many top food stalls and restaurants are just one either side of the hotel entrance, and one can easily get to all of Wuzhen's top sights on foot. Be sure to eat a meal at the hotel's restaurant, where the Osmanthus roasted duck is so delicious and memorable!

She met us promptly at the customer service center and whisked us away on a scenic boat ride directly to the hotel – a truly magical start. Banxia anticipated our every need, managing every detail from A to Z with remarkable grace and efficiency. Her attentiveness ensured our complete comfort and allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the experience. The arrival and check-in process were so seamless, it felt like a dream. We were effortlessly guided to our room, a sanctuary that surpassed all expectations. Describing the room in words simply wouldn't do it justice – it was a masterpiece of design and comfort. While Hengyitang Health Centre is undoubtedly a premium experience, the impeccable service, breathtaking ambiance, and meticulous attention to detail make it worth every penny. Wuzhen Club House – A Perfect One-Night Retreat I only stayed one night, but Wuzhen Club House turned a quick stop-over into a little holiday. From the moment I rolled my suitcase through the wooden gate, everything felt effortless. The room: I opened the door to a huge suite that felt twice the size of most hotels and the bathroom is excellent. Little touches during my stay with booking amazing restaurant for dinner and support me to arrange the taxi to go to station If you have even one night in Wuzhen, give it to Wuzhen Club House. I’m already plotting an excuse to come back for two.

Eden House is truly the best hotel in Wuzhen. This is our second time staying here, and once again the experience was exceptional. We arrived early in the morning, and the hotel still arranged for someone to meet us and help us check in smoothly. They even recommended a wonderful restaurant and took great care when handling and delivering our luggage. A special thanks to the customer service manager, Xiao Xu, who provided outstanding and highly professional service throughout our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time at Eden House and will definitely come back again !

It was a pleasantly surprising time at Pullman Haining. The rooms were comfortable and you can do your own laundry if needed. The service was great, especially Dodo from front desk who assisted us on several things. We had a nice time as a family and would definitely consider staying again. The environment was peaceful and quiet, perfect if you want some down time from the busy cities in China.

We had an amazing stay at Naera. We stayed in a few different hotels during our visit to Shanghai and this was by far the best. Room was large with a huge bathtub and a closet and packed with all the amenities we needed, including LOTS of bottled water, including Evian, fruits, snacks, bath supplies, a Dyson hairdryer, stationery for the kids including a magnifying glass, etc etc. The back hotel is also linked to a modern (gentrified) part of the water town with cool pop up booths and shops. It’s also a short walk to one of the entrances to the Ancient Xitang town. Staff were also warm and nice. We also went to the Organic farm but was let down by the drizzle = not much activities for the little one. Only downside I can think of is that the menus / maps provided etc are all in Mandarin and playroom, while clean and large, was totally packed and chaotic. Would love to be back.

The facilities are new, cleanliness is great, breakfast is good! The service of staff is great, professional, polite and helpful! Love this. The Puyuan Fashion Theme Park definitely worths the visit if you are a beginny who wish to have an experience the ancient Jiangnan scenery for the first time. It is a redesigned theme park with ancient town as basis. But everything is there especially if you re not sure what to expect, this is where you can start from. The scenery and experience is great. I had a photoshoot experience with Han costumes in Yun-Xiang Costume Shop, aka Pu Yuan Yi Jin. The photos are great! The team is great ! Love it! But would suggest to visit not during weekend because the whole park is busy, including the photoshoot shops re super busy. Make your appointment and planning.

Stayed at this amazing resort at the end of April for a short getaway. The moment you enter the entrance, it gives you a serene feeling. The wide entrance walks you to the reception, as a relaxing scene awaits you. The hotel itself is more on modern architecture with minimalist designs. Reception staff was very accommodating and friendly, he even upgraded our room for us to experience more the beauty of Alila, the assigned staff escorted us to our room and give us some heads up about what we can do and where to dine. Since we came around late that afternoon, we had our dinner at the Chinese restaurant. The servers were all superb. We tried some of their specialties which staff recommended and we were very satisfied. Afterward, we strolled around for some night views and fresh air. We then saw at the bar area, the singers are from Philippines (place where we came from), it gives us an urge to drop by to support and say hi. It turned out so well, they were very happy to see someone from where they came from (We were the first, according to them). We enjoyed the cocktails and ambiance so much. Our room was on the ground floor with an independent entrance and 2 private gardens. All is perfect, despite the minimalisitc designs. The breakfast buffet was served in a room facing the lake. As you're having your mouthwatering breakfast, you can enjoy the view. Overall, our stay in this zen like resort brings tranquil zones, dropping the notch of a hustle and bustle city where we used to be.
