„春節入住了兩晚，亭景房就是高點在4樓，視線不錯，普通房間一樓的話窗外都是綠化會有點陰暗壓抑的。整體服務都很好，打掃阿姨也很客氣，掉了一張房卡也沒放付費補。整理環境挺好的，旁邊就是公園，之前因為是亞運村所以酒店裡，公園裡還有不少運動元素。早餐品種雖然不是太多，但還能提供打包很貼心，全程都有管理人員在餐廳督察。要説缺點就是房間隔音有點差，吹風也不怎麼好用。”

„This are many good things that I like and one thing that can break the deal.  I like the room because it is bright. It has many lights. It is big too. I like the virtual assistant whereby you can control the curtain , the lights, the air conditioner and the VA is also smart enough to reply ‘yes’ in different way. The air conditioner however seems to have one temperature setting. It is always too cold or it keeps on blowing air and doesn’t have a thermostat.  The room however has no shelf space. No closet, no rack to place your luggage. The bathroom its translucent so a person taking shower , one can see a figure. I like the sofa and the table but the chair doesn’t like stable.  The breakfast is buffet style. It has quite a bit of variety and it changed on the 2 mornings that I ate there. There is a snack after 9 pm . I waited 25 minutes for a simple bowl of noodles. There were 5 people ahead of me and each bowl of noodles required time to heat up.  The staff has cold bottle waters in the lobby. There is no fridge inside your own room.  There is a washing machine and laundry that one can use for free. The staff said it would take out my laundry from the washing machine and put it in the dryer and they did. However , one inconsiderate guest took out my clothes from the dryer when they weren’t completely dried. He had 4 or 5 things to wash and he used 2 washing machines. I think because it is free and the guest wanted to maximize the usage of the free things. The hotel cannot control this kind of behavior. It is better if the laundry room is behind lock doors and only the staff can access it and of course, wash the clothes for the guests.  The toilet is something that I didn’t like. The moment you sit down, it flushes water and then if you move, it flushes again. But the problem that I had was the water was so strong that my buttocks were wet. I told the staff and he came to reduce the water flow which solved the problem.  One my last night there, I went to the bathroom 4 times and the last time I  was shocked to see a cockroach on the floor. It wasn’t moving but I wasn’t sure so I killed it. I dislike cockroach in any hotel. If I see this comment ( about cockroach sighting )  , I wouldn’t have stayed there because I am afraid there is an infestation and there will be cockroaches crawling all over me and enter my packing cubes , my clothes and my luggage. I was thinking it would be best not to write it in the comment if the hotel staff said they will would fix the problem. I spoke to the woman who welcomed me the first day. She was very nice and positive up to that point. When I told her about this issue , she said 沒辦法, it is impossible to resolve or there is no solution. Granted, this hotel has 8 stories and it is big. Eradicating pests and cockroaches, ants is not a simple thing but it is certainly not impossible. If China can collect samples from the moon and send astronauts to their own space lab, why is exterminating cockroaches be 汲辦法? Instead of taking a systematic approach to prevent further potential infestation , she said it is not possible.  I like this hotel. It has a lot of potential. The staff was helpful and always eager to help. The room is the best that I stayed in for my  trips and one of the best. ( the one in Pu’er is even better because the staff took my clothes, wash it, dried it, fold it and return it plus there was no cockroach problem ).  I hope the staff will take note of the opportunities presented to them by the guests , and make improvement. If I were to give a score, it would be 8/10 . 2 big points taken out because of the cockroach. ”

„Serwis dzwoni do nas bez rejestracji, żąda wiadomość o połączeniu, dodawanie sposobu kontaktu, cokolwiek, na VX można odpowiedzieć w odpowiednim czasie. W nocy są proste żurawie i owoce. Rano też jest dobre. Dzieci nie potrzebują dodatkowej opłaty. Hotel jest mały, ale pełen śmieci, z dwiema pralnikami i suszarką. To nie jest żadne okno, wstęp jest podpowiedziany, a niezadowolony może być anulowany. W sumie, to bardzo cenne.”

„去汽車城偶然搜到的酒店，看了評論選定了這家，性價比很高！入住時前台小姐姐很温柔（離開時也一樣噠），洗漱用品還包含了一次性毛巾。房間風格也很簡約時尚，床品整潔，插座也很多。找不到空調遙控器，研究了下發現小度智控的，晚上點的外賣有機器人送餐。衞生間馬桶是自動的，淋雨的花灑有很多檔可以調節，唯一美中不足的是淋浴房少個推門。 早餐有點家庭式的感覺，白粥很好喝，小菜也很入味，聽到其他客人有讓廚師阿姨燒麪條的，很貼心。因為要趕回家，沒有享受下午茶，大廳是有看到咖啡機和小零食的，挺不錯。 房間與房間隔音應該挺好，夜裡睡得挺沉，早上會有部分車輛經過的聲音，也屬正常可接受範圍”

„酒店位置絕了，不管是逛景點還是吃美食都超方便，房間比想象中舒服，採光特別好，打開窗就能感受到城市的煙火氣，而且打掃得很乾凈，床品軟乎乎的，隔音也不錯，晚上睡得特別香。工作人員都超 nice，性價比真的沒話説，細節處都透着用心，完全超出預期～ 已經列入我的寶藏酒店清單，下次來還住這兒，也推薦給計劃來這邊的朋友，閉眼沖不踩雷！”

„The hotel is very clean, the cleaning ladies were very thorough and I highly appreciate that. All the amenities were good and the breakfast was also delicious with many options of western and Chinese cuisine. The area around the hotel is also nice and is not noisy for those looking for a place to just relax. I’ll definitely be staying here again.”

„春節行程順路停靠在此休息，訂的房間包含一頓自助晚餐，菜品很豐富，負一樓有很多遊樂設施可以讓小朋友放電。在這裏要特別表揚洗浴中心的服務員小姐姐秦玲（讀音是這個），我們家寶寶在小童遊樂的區域，自帶的拖鞋被其他小朋友穿走了，晚上10點我去洗浴中心想碰碰運氣，遇到秦玲她特別熱情，想方設法幫我找，最後真的在拖鞋回收的地方找到了，雖然一雙小小的拖鞋不值什麼錢，但是她熱情為客人服務的態度讓我非常感動，給她點贊點贊！”
