„We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed. The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant. The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station. The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine). The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!”

„The San Chun Li is right at the observation deck. After entering from the west gate and taking the sightseeing bus, contact them and a handsome guy will be waiting at the observation deck's drop-off point to help with luggage and escort you to your room. The room is spacious and clean, with direct elevator access. All drinks and fruits inside are free, no hidden charges! Breakfast is a buffet and the quality is good! My husband and I got lost in the village and saw many people struggling with their luggage in narrow, dark alleys looking for guesthouses. We're truly so glad we chose San Chun Li!”

„Hotel in the heart of the village, it is very convenient as from the shuttle bus it’s only 5 minutes walk, so it’s practical if you have a lot of baggage. Service is great, however rooms are very small (which is not surprise taking into account the hotel location). If you get a street looking room be ready for a lot of noise until very late night.”

„Hotel is in a perfect location just opposite the attraction bus stop. Service staff is attentive, helpful and friendly. On booking, I am provided with a step by step guide, the hotel service staff contacted me again on the day of my arrival to make sure all my needs and queries were answered. Rooms were nicely aired and kept cool prior to our arrival. Our room is cozy with a great scenic view. Would be perfect if we had stayed 2 nights instead of 1.”
