Spa Hotels in Hamburg

Location is extremely good. Recommend to stay in Westin Hotel whenever you visit Hamburger.

Booked this hotel just because it is ”Grand” and it live up to it's name. Never expect them to have concierge which is a rare sight in Europe. Perhaps we had been staying at cheap hotels, haha. But this hotel is not expensive considering the luxury of the room, the size of the bed, toilet even has a bidet and the view of the hotel back yard is pleasant

The staffs were friendly and the service was great. I think they upgraded my room without additional charge, which was great. The breakfast had a lot of variety and were delicious

후기만큼 위치가 좋지는 않음. 지하철에서 가까운거리이나 가는길이 너무 어두워서 무서움. 바닥 카펫을 선호하지 않음. 1층 공사하고 있어서 호텔 들어서자마자 당황 스러움 가격이 비싸다고 생각되었음

Arcotel Rubin made our stay in Hamburg pleasant and marvellous  They welcome us and allowed us early checked in and upgraded our Junior suite to full suite The suite was immaculate with beverages on the house Overall stay was perfect and would be our first choice hotel if ever we return to Hamburg

I’m happy having this kind of experience. Great atmosphere but a lil disappointed with receptionist. Overall other staff was very attentive. I love my spacious room. The breakfast was great and variety. The taste was good. Wish could return to this hotel once again.

The location is good and next to the Hagenbeck zoo, also the hotel guests can have 20% off for the zoo park ticket. The hotel is with different animals Theme and different continents for different floors. Breakfast buffet is good with variety of choice.

Very warm welcome from the front desk staff. Helpful. Room is standard for business trips, close to bus stops that connects easily to sbahn stations. Also reaches the fish market directly by bus in the morning.

Hotel był w porządku, 10 minut do kolei S Bahn, opłaty za parkowanie były zawyżone i wynosiły 27 euro, a w opisie hotelu nie ma nic na ten temat, więc oczekuję specjalnej ceny dla gości hotelowych, zwłaszcza, że ​​każdy może korzystać z garażu i płacić w tej samej cenie. Mein absolutes Lieblingshotel. Super Service, Sauberkeit und ein top Fitnessstudio. Ich fühle mich immer wohl. Schade, dass das Personal nach sieben Aufenthalten alleine in diesem Jahr nicht etwas persönlicher wird und jedes Mal wieder denkt, wir seien das erste Mal hier. Junge und nette Leute, aber keine familiäre Atmosphäre.
